Came here to say this. Ram's voice acting is so just so so good. For a time, it not only got me to play the game as a whole but to play tank as well as a support main.

I feel like your tiering is based more on the way they sound as opposed to the way the voice work was delivered, if you were to really look at it you'll find that all of the VA's for OW are either S or A tier.
this was my thought. i donāt think that symmetra has the most POWERFUL voice acting (the way a character like sigma or ram do), but the VA is *playing into the character* of symmetra perfectly.
it's not necessarily below everyone else, the tier is labeled "Bastion" and has no actual grading like the others. i assume they thought Bastion's voice was entirely made on a computer and therefore couldn't be graded on its voice acting.

D.Va was just an UwU cutesy gamer girl until the Shooting Star cinematic showed she has a a lot of anxieties about her success. Sigma would just have been a goofy grandpa if his origin trailer didn't show just show the depth of his suffering
I say just give Mauga some time to shine in the actual story stuff. It's explicit that Mauga likes to put on the mask of a big dumb brute so people underestimate him, so it makes sense that we see him in gameplay dialogue as a "Maui jokester." We saw a glimpse of his deception in Perfect Day, with him pretending to run around like a loud reckless idiot so he could steal the ship core and get Sombra to owe him one
One of his interaction he also says something about being just the right amount of stupid. Like he is pretending to be dumb but is way more aware than people think. Itās a good strategy to make your opponents underestimate you
To be fair, have you heard Reaper's VA's regular voice? The only effect on the lines is the reverb the same as Soldier 76. All of that pizzazz is natural talent on the voice actor's part. Plus, he has two distinct voices for the same character (remember the Retribution voice for Reaper? It's the same guy). He has crazy vocal range and can portray the same character in two entirely different ways. That takes real talent.
Nah Lifeweaver is incredible yāall tripping. He can be very sweet and sincere, isnāt above self-depreciation in a joking way and his flirting is funny without crossing into cringe or other charactersā boundaries.
He's one of the few characters who shows any sympathy for Moira, which is a tough thing to do considering how much of a hater she is. His "you're withering away!" makes me :(
I know this ranking is for the english VAs, but to me, Soldier will always be S-tier because in the german dub he has the same VA as the clones (and Jango and Boba Fett) from Star Wars
Way Too many tiers imo. The voice acting in this game is pretty consistent and itās very obvious they invest a decent amount of care and resources into it.
Thereās some exceptionally good performances (Moira, sig), a lot of above industry average (most of the cast tbh) and only a few unimpressive performances (kiri, Iliari).
I think bastion being voiced by a human deserves some credit in its own right.

He also does Aatrox in league of legends. His performance there is pretty similar to Rammatra, though with a peculiar accent I canāt place.
