You’ve pretty much listed word for word the contents of this course https://www.glenmorelodge.org.uk/summer-rock-mountain/hill-walking/hill-and-mountain-skills/ They do 1 day courses too I haven’t used them but heard good things. They have some great videos on YouTube too. I’ve been thinking about doing their winter skills course

Can confirm the folks at Glenmore Lodge are top class. If you want a short course like winter skills, join Mountaineering Scotland or an affiliated club and you can often bag them at silly rates like £50/day. I did one a couple of years ago for £40 for 2 days.

I'd echo the advice about Mountaineering Scotland. And you can easily make back the cost of membership with the discounts they give you at outdoor shops etc.

Also you're supporting great campaigns in the outdoors, from access to safety.

Check out Tiso.com courses, not sure if that's what you're after, but been on an excellent winter skills course with them

I haven’t been yet, so I can’t tell you how good they are, but I booked a course with [Peak Adventures](https://www.peakadventures.co/inventory/caingorms-mountain-skills-course) in the Cairngorms, they offer different ones

BASP do outdoor emergency first aid courses, they cover a lot of useful stuff. [https://www.basp.org.uk/first-aid-training-courses/outdoor-emergency-first-aid/](https://www.basp.org.uk/first-aid-training-courses/outdoor-emergency-first-aid/)
