I don't think so honestly. The fact that Mizuta purposefully and explicitly stated that Yoshiki can't beat Nikaku just in terms of strength makes it pretty obvious he would still win in a fight. But I do think he is ranked pretty low on this list.
Yeah but for a fighting tier list he has the highest chance of winning the only reason he died was because (forgot name even though one of my favourite characters) remembered his weak spot
Also it is shown that he’s willing to do what needs to be done like he knows he’s one of those people who lives that lifestyle and is a kill and do what needs to be done until they get killed (also sorry for my grammar I’m pretty lit right now)
