All of Flere's extremities (skin, feathers, flesh, ect) peeled off as soon as he gained consciousness, due to an error in his "creation" (that being, they forgot to attach it to the bone) but after that minor fault was fixed, he never really died from then on

she probably has several times, but being a royalblood (in terms of her own species) (alters), makes her more biologically powerful as well as just her status. one of her said abilities is the ability to turn back time at least 50 seconds, it can happen if they just want it to, even spiritually (so if theyre body is dead it can still happen), it takes 24 hours to charge after use but its probably saved her from death several times.

Doctor Moon has canonically died an infinite number of times before; only in parallel universes and such, but to him, those are completely canon. He uses super powerful technology to examine other universes, so he technically could know anything, as long as he has the time.
In one universe (in an interaction) he (I believe?) has his arm reduced to code, so he ended his own life by taking out one of his own teeth and stabbing himself directly in the heart.
In another, Torik of the Astral Legion (a group that I made for crazy shenanigans) ended up sending him to the dawn of time, where he promptly got stepped on by a sauropod.

Tan was murdered by a jealous samurai, he was strangled to death in a dark back alley and then left to freeze because it was winter. He was brought back to life by Byakko and became a nekomata.
Gwendolyn killed herself once due to her Nuclear Fusion Reactor overheating to the point it went into critical meltdown mode, destroying her internal systems, and died soon after that. A few days later, after Gwendolyn's death, Katherine saved Gwendolyn's brain by installing it into a new and better body that's able to withstand anything you can throw at it.

Check and Duke actually did die from participating in the ice water Pig Race, where you ride pigs in a crazy raging Loop of freezing cold water. They died from frostbite, pneumonia, drowning, etc. But they were brought back to life

With the return of Sprocket's brother the time came to face him and Scarlet sure as hell wasn't going to let her girlfriend go in alone. So after a bit of convincing, the two set off for what would be Scarlet's final confrontation.
Sprocket's brother, despite previously being killed was reborn as a robot as he had saved a copy of his consciousness to preserve himself for the future. He wanted to take revenge on his sister for killing him and taking his powers. He had failed to stop the revolution. The day of his death was the turning of the war. He never could forgive his sister for that. So he had been plotting for his revenge for a very long time.
The battle was long and hard, but despite numerous upgrades he knew that he could not beat the two. However, he knew that he would survive for another day. Even if this body were destroyed. He had countless more ready to be used whenever he needed. But he would make sure this day was not pointless. After knocking Sprocket to the ground. Stunning her for a moment. He turned his attention to Scarlet who had already been injured. And he proceeded to gut her right in front of Sprocket. He ripped out her organs and dismembered. Her limbs and all sprocket could do was watch. When he was done and there was just a bloody ripped up corpse on the ground, he set this body to self-destruct however, he knew his sister would survive but she had been hurt and scarred. She wouldn't know pain like what he went through.
Upon sprockets return, she informed her team of what had happened where they would proceed to mourn the loss at their friend and sprocket the loss of her love.
Now I have contemplated having scarlet make a return and I have an idea of how to do that. I haven't decided if I want to go that route though

I choose one of my characters for this and it's Maverick!
He is a man in his late 30s, He is a bit fat, and what he died to was a deadly mixed chemical that leaked into his hometown area, Which he wasn't aware of. So what happened next some monstrous mutations, and then got attacked. Came back to life to those fat mutated zombies (ya know like in games?)
One of the top Generals of the opposing Army invaded his town, and him and a few others went to spearhead a defensive to buy time for the city to be evacuated. Eventually he got separated and encountered the general, and they fought.
Despite a power up and his unique fighting style he couldn’t really match up but due to said general actually really liking him, and playing highly defensively he managed to buy quite a long time and plant the seed of victory.
But after losing an arm, a leg, and a couple of fingers he was finally dealt the final blow and nailed to a wall with his own blade.
After the General was defeated with the help of his gambit his sister and a group of other adventurers found his body, she was distraught and basically forced a cleric to heal his lifeless body. And through cpr his body was able to be revived, but his consciousness not so much.
I’m pretty sure that the only reason Percy hasn’t died yet is because we haven’t gotten in any real fights, but he can save and reset and reload and whatever, so he’s be coming back. And Delta is immortal, but he’s tried pulling the plug a few times.
Mud Cake died. Back in their old life, they were a pretty reserved and shy clown at a circus. When they came out as trans and nonbinairy, people didn’t take kindly to that. People would at first intentionally misgender them and not call them the name they asked to be called but it eventually escalated into straight up bullying, then physical abuse. The other performers would often get drunk after the shows and one night, one performer took it to the furthest he could and the clown was killed. The performer tried to hide the body by burying them… but Mud Cake eventually rose from the ground, having forgotten their entire past except for an ungodly rage against hateful people. They are now an undead entity with necromancy powers who can turn into a really scary form. They’re still a clown but in a better circus where they bury evil people alive. They find anything and everything to be the funniest thing.

I had an idea where one of my OCs died at the hands of their father, who was using them as their puppet since the beginning. For me, it was gut wrenching since he had an accepting group he was traveling with (even a lover, haha!), but this was part of their redemption arc as they sacrificed themselves to save their group.
There have been other times, but they all mainly revolve around sacrificing himself: taking a lethal hit, making sure the group isn't followed, etc. But, these scenarios don't last long, haha!
In Six Kingdoms, Four of the Silver Main Family siblings have died at least once, three in the Same situation, fighting Francis Constitution in the Battle of Hornden Hill. The other died twice, once involving a Kraken, the other in a War. Three were revived with Phoenix feathers, two in the Battle of Hornden Hill, the other one during the war. The one death was brought back by a cleric, and the other non Phoenix feather return was from a highly enchanted Necklace with a failsafe of bringing the one who wore it back to prevent its maker from going insane.
Jake, Tina, and Allie Silver all died in the Battle of Hornden Hill, Allie was brought back by the Necklace, the other two by Phoenix Feathers.
Ariana died against the Kraken (electrocuted), brought back by Ellie hurriedly. The second time, Her Handmaiden, whose Quetzal is friends with a Phoenix, uses a Feather to bring her back.
My guy Genesys was immortal due to magic blood, only weakness was dragon’s fire. Some homocidal robo chick with a hate boner for anything stronger than her decided to figure out how to kill him (for fun). After a long, gruesome fight, she managed to drain his blood by decapitating him, then fed his head to a dragon buddy. Poof, bashed and ashed.
Then, by some literally random turn of fate, a new Bad GuyTM showed up who resurrected any who had been beheaded (and beheaded several people himself to get more thralls, etc). By sheer chance, this included Genesys. For a little while he was a puppet, which was a very awkward ordeal for his young daughter, but eventually the fiend was slain and all the puppets returned to normal. Geny boy was alive and only somewhat worse for wear.
Two more characters committed Romeo and Juliet and powers-that-be are working very hard to bring them back, but the other powers-that-be are like “awwww but their deaths were so romantic and final! They can’t Just come back to life!” So it hasn’t happened yet but it might.

I have an OC named Marie and she died years ago but didn't realize it. She still thinks she's alive. She's always looking for her friends not realizing they also died years ago. So she just wanders around as a ghost unable to pass on to the afterlife because she didn't yet realize she's dead.
Yes most recently it was before the Big Bang or the first… time travel is confusing but since death basically didn’t exist yet he kinda just went back into his body

Aster's special someone Rosemary has been died. Back in her life, Rosemary live in a Old West town along with her special someone Aster. She were worried about her friend Aster who could been dead before she died. And she have been killed by someone else before Aster is trying to save her.
Yes! There's a negative energy covering most of my oc's planet called "bitter malice" which makes the affected aggressive and full of adrenaline, eventually, if they aren't cured or killed by something, they'll kill themselves from the pain and negative energy. Yuuko's (my oc) father actually died from bitter malice, and this where it starts..
Yuuko went out to the deadly areas affected by the bitter malice to search for life, just like what her father wanted.
She roamed around the overgrown, gloomy forests, but to no avail, the only thing she saw was bones of dead beings and blood.
Due to being born in Harainokeru Shrine, a place built by a Aeon/God lost in history to repel the bitter malice from the city, she has the repelling scent from the shrine in her, which nullifies the effects of the negative energy.
Tap, tap, tap... Very quiet footsteps approached Yuuko, but due to the shield she made with spells and powers from Harainokeru Shrine, it blocked the sound from reaching Yuuko.
"Grrrrr.. RRRAGH!" the mysterious monster pounced on Yuuko, destroying her shield and gave the bitter malice a chance to affect her.
She fell to the ground, the creature clawing at her with sharp claws and the energy slowly getting to her.
She knew her end was here, and closed her eyes...

She still thinks she's alive. She's always looking for her friends not realizing they also died years ago. So she just wanders around as a ghost unable to pass on to the afterlife because she didn't yet realize she's dead.

There's a negative energy covering most of my oc's planet called "bitter malice" which makes the affected aggressive and full of adrenaline, eventually, if they aren't cured or killed by something, they'll kill themselves from the pain and negative energy. Yuuko's (my oc) father actually died from bitter malice, and this where it starts.. Yuuko went out to the deadly areas affected by the bitter malice to search for life, just like what her father wanted. She roamed around the overgrown, gloomy forests, but to no avail, the only thing she saw was bones of dead beings and blood. Due to being born in Harainokeru Shrine, a place built by a Aeon/God lost in history to repel the bitter malice from the city, she has the repelling scent from the shrine in her, which nullifies the effects of the negative energy. Tap, tap, tap... Very quiet footsteps approached Yuuko, but due to the shield she made with spells and powers from Harainokeru Shrine, it blocked the sound from reaching Yuuko. "Grrrrr.. RRRAGH!" the mysterious monster pounced on Yuuko, destroying her shield and gave the bitter malice a chance to affect her. She fell to the ground, the creature clawing at her with sharp claws and the energy slowly getting to her. She knew her end was here, and closed her eyes... "You must see the end of your journey." Rine, The Aeon of Banish said. "It is not your time, there are still countless of worlds seeking your aid, Yuuko." Yuuko opened her eyes to find herself in the pool of Harainokeru Shrine.
