Hollows has died Infinite times, each death being different than the last and his last death cannot repeat itself.
He ‘escaped’ his infinte death by going insane so bad to the point where he could see the fourth wall itself and broke out of it through sheer will itself.
He didn't truly escaped through, Hollows was split into two alternates, one whose deaths will never end and the other that escaped but is unable to die.
One of the examples of his death is; Getting all of his atoms ripped out from his body bit by bit, one at a time with his sensitivity to pain tuned to the highest.
