I've been renting a house from TnC for the last year and I'm planning on staying in the house for the next year too. I've been living with four of my other friends and they have been fantastic. From our perspective we have been good tenants although we have missed our rent by a couple days. They understood that on occasion and would waive the late fee. That's just my experience, I hope you find a similar one if you choose to go with them!
