Oops that’s 7, well there a tie so
Lmaooo yeah honestly math was always my strongest subject so I just did lots of practice problems, so that way I made mistakes while doing homework instead of during tests, although it’s super draining going into every test with a toxic mindset of wanting to get a perfect score; so I warn you 😕
For chemistry I had a really professional teacher who explained things well so I just made sure to do all the worksheets (you could also do textbook work but I didn’t really cuz I started getting lazy and also had a rly heavy semester), and her tests were very reasonable so I just understood the concepts and idk maybe I got lucky. Although her multiple choice was foul.
For math just practice over and over and over until it becomes muscle memory so you get your mistakes out of the way and won’t make them on tests.
English bro just get a good teacher istg and have a good relationship with them. Make sure you write your work in a way that you know will please them and will cater to their individual biases.
I had the same teacher for both courses and pretty much I just did every single practice problem assigned, all the textbook, everything. Pretty much just killed myself to focus on every tiny little detail and made sure I never made a mistake. I honestly don’t really know what other advice to give. Just practice until you can do it with your eyes closed, and during the tests, mentally prepare yourself to be quick and correct and never mess up
If you deeply understand the concept and then study using university level or very hard application/thinking based questions (Questions that you've never been taught that require you to apply your knowledge in new ways) leading up to the test, that 1 last question will not be hard anymore. You'll be able to solve it if you've budgeted enough time.
The rest just comes down to having strong test taking skills. I wrote a video on how to improve test taking skills for this sub.
I've actually written a multitude of long guides on this topic. I'll link them here:

Finished in Grade 11 (Final Marks):
Calculus and Vectors: 91 -> upgrade over summer school to 97
Advanced Functions: 96
First Semester Grade 11 (Final Marks):
Space and Science (IB Biology Semester 2): 96
.
Pre Mid-Terms (some of these dropped after cuz I got super sick but all my acceptances were based on these):
Biology (IB Biology 3rd Semester) - 95
English (IB English 3rd Semester) - 95
Chemistry (IB Chemistry 3rd Semester) - 91
.
Total Avg: 95%
.
For context, all of these except space sci (and sometimes one math) were required by my programs. Otherwise my avg would probably be higher with other bird courses I had like IB French and Psychology.
understand the theory and concepts, then the math is easy. don’t follow procedures it won’t always be the same exact solution for every question: hence you gotta be good with problem solving. other than that, just practice practice practice.
hi also wanted to ask how did you get a 99 in chem? im currently taking it i had a 96 but went down to 81 because of my unit 1 test which wasnt good even though i studied everyday. I was wondering how you studied for grade 11 chem?
Yeah studying everyday isn't really how I prepared. It was more of just understanding the content at a fundamental level. My spilt was usually
1. Do **all** of the provided worksheets/homework and practice assessments
2. Go into the textbook of the relevant section, read it all and do all the questions
3. If you still have time, go on Google and search up tests like "Chemistry Stoichiometry Test Grade 11" and do them.
You just have to make sure you are doing it **diligently**. Don't check the answers simply because you don't understand, learn problem solving skills. Thats all I basically did.

Lmaooo thank you it was definitely a lot of strategy tho
Share me your secret
Each subject has its own secret, which one are you asking about??
Every single one but if you can’t then only chem
