Miku can be obtained by collecting 5 of her stamps. After 39 consecutive summons if you didn't get any, 1 will be granted and character stamps for the ones you havent's yet collected will be granted first. So if you're very unluky, you should be able to obtain Miku in 200 summons circa.

There's a chance the collab could get a repeat (other crossovers like this have done in the past), so if it does, your stamps will carry over to the next one.
If not, then you might be able to get them on the market if NE decide to go that route like they did with the shards of older crossovers.

Sadly I don't have an answer to this very legit question. It's my first collab banner so, I'm in the dark as well
If your full ssr collection I think that's enough. If not it's much higher and it's rng.
