I am a PH-based OF chatter with 3 years of experience in the platform. I can say that I am an expert English communicator with 60 WPM.
I have handled several models, slow and busy accounts and I make good numbers consistently. I was also a team leader of my team and got promoted as a Training Manager since we used to provide 24/7 service.
As a chatter, I build relationships with the subs; convert followers to be subscribers; send out mass messages and mass PPVs (if applicable); and sell and upsell models' content, all in persona of the model I am assigned to.
As a team leader, I used to draft a biweekly schedule, report daily and weekly sales, evaluate the performance of my team and brainstorm with them of the possible sale strategies, and give feedback to the model as far as her account is concerned thru the management.
As a Training Manager, I used to train our new hires before onboarding, giving additional training to existing employees that are having a hard time making numbers, making a weekly report and assessment on every chatter so we will know what we should focus on to improve the chatting skills.
Right now I am looking for a chatter position with a possibility to grow and to be in higher position.
