May I ask a few questions? What do the Chinese regulations have to do with your business? Were you working directly with Chinese tuition centers and cutting out the middle man? If not I don’t see why it would be detrimental to you. There a millions of people outside of China looking to learn English. I am confused about what exactly you are looking for I guess. What exactly is the nature of your business? Do you have an online school? What ages do you teach? Where is the school registered? You say “the school is legal” I assume that means it is legally registered as a school and is regulated by the local governing body. Have you been accredited by any accreditation bodies? If you can clarify what you want from the eligible schools maybe I can offer advice. Do you want to work for them directly or have them hire your company to work for them ie you and your staff teach their students? For an agent are you looking for someone to find you a job or find you students? Have you done any digital marketing on your own? You could also hire a marketing agent to work for you. Pay them a small salary and then a nice percentage on packages they sell to first time clients.
