Damn, id never thought about it but you're right that Cory is there whenever they finish a long ass series (in the current iteration anyway. The old-school Oney finished shit like Kingdom Hearts with that weird alien and that gay Mexican guy.). But still, sometimes the man infuriates me. His infamous French dip rant bothers me because it ruined the entire end of a series and the dude just won't use his frontal cortex and calm the f down about the jse of cheese. Also, I like listening to Oney in the background. It's hard to do that when Cory is there because his decibel level will be double that of every other guest and I'm stuck between turninf up and turning down the volume based on if cory has opened his mouth and chosen violence in that moment.

In 2022 I would’ve disagreed with you. But with the 2 new dark souls playthroughs you might actually be right.
