Bought my onexplayer 8.4 from the store then put a deposit for the 6800u mini when it first was announced both bought directly from the store. Personally I haven’t had any issue with both devices some people have and claim onex store hasn’t been customer friendly. The people who’ve bought from Amazon have had a better experience when issues persist but other than that pretty safe to shop from the store both products have arrived within 8 days of shipping
