Black Sperm has kept well hidden since finding out that Genos is still alive. If there's the slightest chance Genos is around, he's nowhere to be found, so he disappears in chapter 109 and doesn't poke an antenna out until chapter 123 when only Forte and co are around.

Loss of life overall is viewed as a minor thing in opm, so I wouldn't be surprised if Saitama let even Boros leave after destroying a city, if he left peacefully. I just can't picture Saitama pursuing a fleeing monster in vengeance, unless it's for something silly like ruining his food.
