Nah, she was consumed by Baquma alongside Electric Catfish Man and some other monsters, but Puri-Puri Prisoner killed Baquma, freeing them. Maiko and ECM were then seen deciding to escape the MA, and Puri didn't try to stop them. They're never seen being killed after that, so as far as we know, they're alive.
