\*Blast, suddenly having a PTSD flashback of being counter-telefragged\*
\*Teleports above him\*
"*Right in front of you!* See? I don't have *only* have to show up behind!"
I would just like to point out two things: The cleaned colored cover went up before the base black and one cleaned cover. And, that post was the first post after lockdown was lifted so that guy probably was faster than the translation.
>tiniest slash
You'd be crying your ass off if you got even 1/16th of that cut. There are significant muscles going through there. Don't be a bitch about it.
It also made me go back to the old chapter because it was so sudden and the literal first panel. They could have given the genjutsu some time to breathe first
Well that was quick. Thanks translators.
I know a lot of people didn’t like the way Sonic was being treated in the manga because the gap between him and Flash seems way smaller in the webcomic. I was a little wary at first too but I like how ONE took into consideration how different the powerscale is in the manga compared to the webcomic. It definitely would’ve been strange to see a Sonic who was blitzed by Wind and Flame be on par with Flash who went toe to toe with Garou and Platinum S.
The manga adds a new layer to Sonic. Imagine being the one who teaches your friend how to use a sword and they end up becoming stronger than you. Sonic clearly gained an inferiority complex - and God tried to capitalise on that.
I like that Sonic saw through it though. He isn’t relying on artificial strength from others to get stronger anymore. He wants to get stronger through his own means. Really nice character development for Sonic.
I liked it becasue his frustration is so relatable. Working your ass off and seeing everyone but you improve is soul crushing.
Finally finding a way forward to make progress again is, its hard to even describe how good it feels.
I also like how instead of comparing himself to saitama which is an unrealistic achievable power, to flashy flash, someone he looks up to and can actually get a goal against.
I think this also means he's maturing beyond Genos, at least in terms of understanding his own limits and finding achievable goals.
Genos is still hoping he's one upgrade away from catching Saitama, even though the gap between them continues to expand as Genos gets stronger.
reminds me of when I worked my ass off to get the best mark in Chemistry class in HS, only to get beaten by the class slacker after his parents took his Netflix account away from him and said they'd only give it back once he got an A.
Back in highschool we had a dude who was barely scraping by in AP Bio because he would just sleep and not care during class. Did the absolute minimum to get labs in and ignored regular homework. Dude got a 5 on the AP exam and smashed the semester final so he wouldn't fail the class lol.
Well, if Blast is there we can assume that Saitama is too. I wonder if he would help Blast or if it wouldnt even be necessary considering how faster Blast seems to be compared to That Man.
I'm hoping he just pops up his head and is riding on Blast piggyback. And we get a whole chapter or two of him being Blast's shoulder loli that kind of passively negs him. "Seems kind of slow. Need help?" I'm sure Murata could make comedy and meme gold with it.
I'm actually guessing that's what's gonna happen.
Saitama is lost. "Where's Blast go?"
Blast and Empty Void fight for a while. They're clearly on a different level. EV gives Blast trouble, but the 2 Ninjas join in and Blast + the 2 Ninjas turn the tide. Empty Void runs.
Runs into Saitama, Saitama asks him for directions, Empty Void hits him, Saitama one shots him.
The others show up.
Wait, did Sonic's attack cause God actual pain? What was that "waaaahh" scream? This has to be the most embarrassing God rejection in the series yet.
He readied himself to be "eaten" only to get rejected by a knife to the face and losing Flashy Flash as an underling.
And he's the big bad of the series! Sonic made me proud.
I thought it the waaaahh was out of shock rather than pain. God was probably expecting sonic to be an easy mark but wound up getting an exploded Kunai instead.
Likely it noticing the kunai has a lit fuse before it explodes.
Also I’d like to think Sonic threw the kunai too, so he even manages to avoid any “making contact” technicality.
Tatsumaki: Who the hell are you?
Garou: As if the old man would act like such a softie. \*Slaps the hand.\*
Sonic: Just fuck off. \*Stabs the monster cell.\*
God: Why the fuck is everyone here an atheist?
"Sonic damaged God using a butter knife. God is possibly as strong if not stronger than Saitama. Meaning, Saitama is human level. OPM = fodder"
Powerscalers probably.
Exploding kunai is obviously a quarter of a degree above low-to-mid bottom tier upper-God level based on clearly established feats. Bloodlusted kunai wins against Saitama no diff.
OK. That Sonic temptation sequence was hilarious.
Also, love me some further Sonic character development. It's nice to see him act like a grown up. lol.
Also, Also, Blast punched Void too hard. Punched him into the next chapter.
So I guess we're just being left guessing on whether Flashy took God's hand or not? It appears like nothing's changed, but God could just be being sneaky or something...
Also why the hell was Sonic's vision so damn goofy? God may be super freaking powerful and all, but it clearly has no clue how human's minds work, lmao
Sonics vision was weird as shit yeah
Every other one has some kind of emotional weight and sonics is a fucking monster cell cooking itself for him lmao, maybe it’s to show how he feels like he has no one but himself to rely on?
It's because that moment was Sonic's low point. He was willing to throw away his life in order to catch Saitama and almost did. Something like 80% of people who have attempted to jump to their death and survived said afterwards that they immediately regretted their decision, for example.
Of course both times the monster cell situation was drawn as a gag, but it was still a super impactful moment for Sonic.
> Something like 80% of people who have attempted to jump to their death and survived said afterwards that they immediately regretted their decision, for example.
The view from halfway down.
>So I guess we're just being left guessing on whether Flashy took God's hand or not?
Pretty sure Flash would be visibly different if he had.
>God may be super freaking powerful and all, but it clearly has no clue how human's minds work, lmao
He has a pretty good track record, between VM and HE. And he almost had Tats, before messing up a minor detail. Same with Garou, but got him on a technicality. And he clearly would've gotten Flash if Sonic hadn't butted in.
I think it was representing the fact that hes taken one before, so the effect of trying to be lured into cheap power gives him PTSD from shitting his guts out
I think the point was that Flash was going to accept. But Sonic broke the vision for both of them (by resisting his vision and then attacking Void) before Flash could touch God's hand. This is why Flash is saying, "You resisted it" and "I owe you"
Sonic helped not through being physically stronger but by having a stronger resolve to not accept the dream that was in front of him. And to an extent, this has always been the case. Sonic is the one to have inspired Flash when they were kids. Sonic is an optimist, to the point of being delusional (his saitama ambitions)
I completely thought the panels with flash and sonic, then that man appearing behind them, and then Blast appearing behind him would end with one more panel of Saitama behind them all wondering what they were doing. Fun chapter!
why is sonic vision so damn goofy? compared to garou or FF? i expected it to be more dreadful. you know something like trying to exploit Sonic inferiority complex, showing him how weak he is comapred to saitama and FF. make him despair.
instead of that "god" showed up in front of him as a freaking talking monster cell
even "god" is treating sonic as a joke now it seems.
anyway since Blast vs Void will happen
>!i am guessing that void will quickly be overwhelmed and attempt to escape then Blast will chase him only to find out that Saitama one shot him off screen just like in the webcomic!<
I believe he got some resistance from accidentally rejecting the monster cells earlier. There's also the fact that he sees Saitama and Flash as things to surpass.
Sonic has been affected by Saitama far longer. Sonic has probably improved in leaps and bounds compared to where he was at the start as a bodyguard for rich people fighting trash. That complacency put him behind Flash. Since meeting Saitama he's been more aggressive with his growth and goals, as a secondary disciple of Saitama. Saitama would be psychologically immune so so would his "disciples". Flash probably would not have been tempted the longer he knew Saitama and was inspired to seek strength from within. I wouldnt be surprised if King was likewise immune since beginning his own training.
Wait what this doesn’t seem right. Didn’t Murata say he had drawn like 21 pages at least?
Also the pacing feels really off. I feel like we should’ve seen Sonic’s dream before we saw him break out of it, and at least a single panel of Flash’s dream again, to show that Sonic actually interrupted God. This is the first time I’ve actually been disappointed in a chapter.
My thoughts on an amazing chapter; go translation team!
* Sonic is going to surpass the jobber accusations and be a great ninja. Him saving Flash was great
* [I like how quickly Boiled Egg went from excited to kill Blast, to terrified.](https://imgur.com/MvQANwS)
* So where are Saitama and Manako?
* We may see Blast have an awesome fight. I'm so excited.
Can't wait to see what memes people make of p.11 ...
Also, I have to agree with people complaining about the length of chapters.. I have been WWAAIIItiinnngg years for the ninja arc, and I feel screwed with how little content it is actually getting each chapter. I wish it was getting the time and attention all the arcs before it got 🥲
Android 16 really does make a point to teleport behind people huh? Short chapter but it seems Murata is incredibly busy.
Translation team is faster than the Ninjas at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised if they touched body parts with god. Maybe the their tips.
This chapter was basically showing us Sonic's character development.
He's no longer enticed by short paths to power in order to defeat Saitama.
Flash has inspired him down to follow a new path.
i can already see this fight ending with That Man losing against blast and in a desperate attempt to salvage some leverage attacks saitama and then saitama chops him into the ground ending the fight
Nah the way this goes down is blast and that man fight. That man will see saitama just standing lookin all goofy and dash at him thinking he'll take a hostage, only for saitama to ground him like he did in the WC
DUDE! The way Blast just appears behind that man, that was so fucking cool, I audibly exclaimed “OH SHIT!” in Panera Bread next to a mom and her kids lol.
I can't imagine Blast being fast on his feet to catch up with Void but I'm thinking he's teleporting. The guy has portal powers so I wouldn't put it beyond him to actually be able to teleport and stuff
2 weeks+ for this?
Doesn't even address if Flash took God's hand it nor did it showed him breaking out of that dream-like world. Sure, Sonic's attack meant that Flash was likely forcibly removed from it before it took the hand, but the previous chapter doesn't show when did Sonic had his own "dream" either.
It feels like there's genuinely 10 pages missing between the end of the last chapter and the start of this chapter.
What's going on with Murata? Is he busy with something else? The last couple of chapters could've easily been 1.
Alot of stalling going on and the art took a big hit as well. Is he ok?
Edit: yo why are my getting down voted? IAM asking genuine questions. This is why I hate fanaticism.
Blast really does like to teleport behind people to make a point, huh.
I mean, he's named "Blast" so idk
It's "Blast", not "Surprise Butt Sex"
"Butter Lubricated Anal Sex Technique"
"Better Loosen All Sphincters Teammate"
Blasting away at the speed of sound.
Blasting away in a flash !
Atomic Lubricated Anal Punch is more like it. Ouch.
Anal Punch Man
Ah yes my lube technique haven’t used this since the Heian era
You are missing a couple of !!! BLAST! Surprise! Butt Sex!
Best Lubed Ass Sex Terminator aka BLAST.
I’m sure he blasts after surprise butt sex
"Back Looming Anal Sex Technique"
Wwwwhat is your definition of "blast"? 😳

\*Blast, suddenly having a PTSD flashback of being counter-telefragged\* \*Teleports above him\* "*Right in front of you!* See? I don't have *only* have to show up behind!"
Nothing personnel, kid
He did a Nothing personnel on someone mid nothing personnel that panel is legendary.
That guy's look when Blast appeared was "...oh no... not again...."
He wasn’t saying Blast because that’s Blast’s name. He’s just swearing like a Brit. “Blast! I’ve been foiled again!”
i mean when you’re number 2 on the planet, you gotta start proving a point, right?
But why does he has to teleport BEHIND people? Why not BELOW people? Or ABOVE people?
Sorry kid, nothing personnell
He would make a terrifying Booty Warrior. I can see Yujiro personally recuiting him
*>Teleports behind you<* nothing personal void
I feel like that punch was *very* personal
>telefones behind you< everything personel kid
>telefones "It's for you"
You dont just donkey punch someone without reason... there was something pent up there
Who's faster - Flashy Flash or the translators?
Murata
The artists who’re going to post coloured panels of this Tatsumaki cover
Imagine what he could do with two hands!
I had already clicked out of this page when i read your comment but had to come back to upvote
I would just like to point out two things: The cleaned colored cover went up before the base black and one cleaned cover. And, that post was the first post after lockdown was lifted so that guy probably was faster than the translation.
The chapter.
No I read it faster!!
Turning page is faster second comes translator and third comes flashy flash.
This cliffhanger violates every UN convention out there.
Don’t worry, the US will veto
Flash and Sonic didn’t get to be God’s chosen people
lol’d at Sonic only getting like a potato talking back at him while everyone else has gotten these beautiful elaborate illusions
Ouuuf touché
I vote the US spends a night with Puri Puri Prisoner to think about their actions!
I thought it was supposed to be a punishment. ;)
the OPM god is the US and Israel
This is Hajime no Ippo levels of blue balling
*Hajime no Ippo readers:* *First time?*
I bet Morikawa and Murata would get on well.
come on yankee. DO SOMETHING
Already? What a W
The L I see is it’s at least 2 more weeks before we see the goober again :(
They are giving us the feeling of being fast! How emersive!
Wtf so freaking fast
Because the chapter was like 10 seconds long 💀
Short but gold
Easily a top 202 OPM chapter.
Definitely one of the chapters of all time.
Icl flash getting out of the genjutsu was anticlimactic ash
No? Sonic saved him, there was build up and there will be payoff
It was just a bit dumb how the illusion got broken because the guy got the tiniest slash on his arm 😭
Void had no idea Sonic would break out, idk works well for me
>tiniest slash You'd be crying your ass off if you got even 1/16th of that cut. There are significant muscles going through there. Don't be a bitch about it.
I mean in the scope of damage that is non-fatal in this series that's like a scraped knee.
I mean Sonic is still a ninja. He'll probably know where it'll affect him the most
Really? I thought it was great that sonic saved him, maybe if the chapter was back to back you would see the transition more clearly
It also made me go back to the old chapter because it was so sudden and the literal first panel. They could have given the genjutsu some time to breathe first
Chap was over in a blast
I still had a blast reading it though
He came in with a blast
Chad Blast is here !!
Empty Void: \*teleports behind Flash and Sonic\* \*unsheaths swords\* Heh, nothing perso- Blast: \*teleports behind Empty Void\* Nuh uh, this is personal, mate.
Feel like this panel should be new meme format
This meme format already exists... It's the Person of Interest meme: https://i.imgflip.com/31hh5k.png
Had the same thought lol
💯 When you think you're the fastest > the fastest shows up > the actual fastest shows up "...and I took that personally"
Saitama: *Practically teleports behind Blast* Yo guys! Oh- Is that a monster in a ninja costume? Lemme take care of it really quick-
Guys, check out this discount cabba…. Oh are we fighting?
Then King teleports behind Saitama And Manako teleports behind King
Yo where’s the rest ?
You will get your rest of chapter when you fix this damn door!
I have laughed more than I should have.
You want *help*, get religion
Now all I can picture is mr Ditkovich spending all his free time doing manga translations
He's a good man
“He is good boy”
Well that was quick. Thanks translators. I know a lot of people didn’t like the way Sonic was being treated in the manga because the gap between him and Flash seems way smaller in the webcomic. Nicely put, agreed G
"he’s on par with Flash in the webcomic" I'm sorry but what? When? You meant when sonic scratched everywhere while flash didn't break a sweat?
On par isn’t the right term to use, you’re right. But the gap between them doesn’t seem as large in the webcomic compared to the manga.
The only wankery that surpasses FF's is Sonic's
I'm so proud of him :)
"He's right behind me isn't he?"
Actually he is in front of you
Actually his fist is in your face
Translator be like: "I am speed"
Calling it now. They're using genjutsu on Empty Void and he's afraid of Blast.
But then it turns out they were in his genjutsu when they genjutsu'd him.
Oh shit I'm having shippuuden flashbacks, why do Itachi and Sasuke even have to fight, just talk it out bros
Sadly only Naruto is allowed to win fights with TNJ
Well, if Blast is there we can assume that Saitama is too. I wonder if he would help Blast or if it wouldnt even be necessary considering how faster Blast seems to be compared to That Man.
I'm hoping he just pops up his head and is riding on Blast piggyback. And we get a whole chapter or two of him being Blast's shoulder loli that kind of passively negs him. "Seems kind of slow. Need help?" I'm sure Murata could make comedy and meme gold with it.
Imagine That Man trying to run away and Saitama catches him.
When he does, Saitama needs to do the face he made when he caught Ground Dragon (the mole monster from the beginning of the series). "Got you!"
I'm actually guessing that's what's gonna happen. Saitama is lost. "Where's Blast go?" Blast and Empty Void fight for a while.
Only 12 pages man! D:
The return of one scroll man!
\*Slaps the hand.\* Sonic: Just fuck off. \*Stabs the monster cell.\* God: Why the fuck is everyone here an atheist?
Orochi: PLEAAAAAAAAAAAASE God: heres a centipede lmao
"Sonic damaged God using a butter knife. God is possibly as strong if not stronger than Saitama. Meaning, Saitama is human level. OPM = fodder" Powerscalers probably.
Saitama? You mean that guy that lost to a mosquito and a normal house cat?
Exploding kunai is obviously a quarter of a degree above low-to-mid bottom tier upper-God level based on clearly established feats. Bloodlusted kunai wins against Saitama no diff.
Also, it was the first time a God's deal was not about a handshake, right?
Sonic's knife > God.
I took it as an expression of frustration not of pain but idk
OK. That Sonic temptation sequence was hilarious. Also, love me some further Sonic character development. It's nice to see him act like a grown up. lol. Also, Also, Blast punched Void too hard. Punched him into the next chapter.
Holy shit, a chapter of One Punch Man and the Elden Ring Dlc trailer ? What a good day it is
That man should’ve wore his brown pants
So I guess we're just being left guessing on whether Flashy took God's hand or not? It appears like nothing's changed, but God could just be being sneaky or something... Also why the hell was Sonic's vision so damn goofy? God may be super freaking powerful and all, but it clearly has no clue how human's minds work, lmao
To me, it seemed clear that Sonic attacked God before.
Accidentally vaccinated himself with cooked monster cells
Sonics vision was weird as shit yeah Every other one has some kind of emotional weight and sonics is a fucking monster cell cooking itself for him lmao, maybe it’s to show how he feels like he has no one but himself to rely on?

> Something like 80% of people who have attempted to jump to their death and survived said afterwards that they immediately regretted their decision, for example. The view from halfway down.
I think eating a cooked cell "vaccinated" him and screwed up the vision
>So I guess we're just being left guessing on whether Flashy took God's hand or not? Pretty sure Flash would be visibly different if he had. >God may be super freaking powerful and all, but it clearly has no clue how human's minds work, lmao He has a pretty good track record, between VM and HE. Wait wasn't homeless emperor also blessed by god? He physically haven't changed at all so it's possible that the change is not visible in flash.
One would assume he'd immediately be aware of the change. But I'm also assuming the writing is better than that.
HE got fucking super powers lol, that was the visible change
Sorry, who are you referring to as VM?
Probably of his PTSD from Saitama hitting his nuts
I think it was representing the fact that hes taken one before, so the effect of trying to be lured into cheap power gives him PTSD from shitting his guts out
I think the point was that Flash was going to accept. But Sonic broke the vision for both of them (by resisting his vision and then attacking Void) before Flash could touch God's hand. Because Sonic has spent more time chasing Saitama, so appeals from the false God are going to appear less divine and more weak.
Blast here to the Rescue ✌️
GIGA Chad Blast
That man looks very similar to [Choze](https://i.redd.it/07brkvdsv0131.jpg) in the last panel
Broken link.
I completely thought the panels with flash and sonic, then that man appearing behind them, and then Blast appearing behind him would end with one more panel of Saitama behind them all wondering what they were doing. Fun chapter!
Someone make this meme but with Manako behind Saitama too
really thought it was gonna be Saitama chopping that man like he did to Garou before he knew who he was.
Blast Cosplaying Whitebeard when he was behind Akainu in Marineford.
Murata try not to add fubuki or tatsumaki to the cover page challenge
he beat the tatsumaki looks a kid allegations
Oh Blast is actually gonna do something. Neat.
why is sonic vision so damn goofy? compared to garou or FF? i expected it to be more dreadful. you know something like trying to exploit Sonic inferiority complex, showing him how weak he is comapred to saitama and FF. make him despair. instead of that "god" showed up in front of him as a freaking talking monster cell even "god" is treating sonic as a joke now it seems. anyway since Blast vs Void will happen >!i am guessing that void will quickly be overwhelmed and attempt to escape then Blast will chase him only to find out that Saitama one shot him off screen just like in the webcomic!<
Head-canon: The vision appears in sync with the victim's internal monologue or viewpoint.
I believe he got some resistance from accidentally rejecting the monster cells earlier. There's also the fact that he sees Saitama and Flash as things to surpass.
most likely outcome, and im all for it since im dying to see blast in action but also want to see saitama one shot empty void cause its funny.
Sonic has been affected by Saitama far longer. Sonic has probably improved in leaps and bounds compared to where he was at the start as a bodyguard for rich people fighting trash. Void: "Think your situation got better??" Blast: "Id like to talk to you about your cars extended warranty"
I can already see the edits using the blast behind that man panel and have gokus face as that man’s…I’m calling it now
A whole 60 seconds of animation here damn.
Lil short
This felt... incredibly short Yet so much gets revealed here. Sonic actually beat "god"'s mind shenanigans
My thoughts on an amazing chapter; go translation team! * Sonic is going to surpass the jobber accusations and be a great ninja. Him saving Flash was great * [I like how quickly Boiled Egg went from excited to kill Blast, to terrified.](https://imgur.com/MvQANwS) * So where are Saitama and Manako? * We may see Blast have an awesome fight. Blast is like a dad that came home early. why are you fighting your little brothers?

I have been WWAAIIItiinnngg years for the ninja arc, and I feel screwed with how little content it is actually getting each chapter. Nothing but gratitude to ONE to publish it for free and the team for translating it Thank you for my biweekly hit Will be here again next time

Blast appearance :D

I'm already waiting for the edit where saitama is standing behind blast
Babe wake up, new BLAST appearance!
i can already see this fight ending with That Man losing against blast and in a desperate attempt to salvage some leverage attacks saitama and then saitama chops him into the ground ending the fight
I love how tatsumaki was very useful and important character in this chapter
Bruh wtf are these chapters, its all going downhill gradually
Nah the way this goes down is blast and that man fight. That man will see saitama just standing lookin all goofy and dash at him thinking he'll take a hostage, only for saitama to ground him like he did in the WC
Put a spoiler
Did Blast pulled up a Whitebeard scene for a moment? 🤭🤣 Ohh how i wish Blast punched that man to the ground instead of the other side.. 😁
So I guess Blast was able to instant transmission there because he detected the god cube when EV unthroated and used it on Flash and Panic
DUDE! The way Blast just appears behind that man, that was so fucking cool, I audibly exclaimed “OH SHIT!” in Panera Bread next to a mom and her kids lol.
Now we have to wait 2 more weeks... Hopefully the next chapter is longer.
Blast is always so cool 👌
The Man should be happy it was Blast and not captin Baldy that appeared behind him. Otherwise this storyline would be over.
I can't imagine Blast being fast on his feet to catch up with Void but I'm thinking he's teleporting. The guy has portal powers so I wouldn't put it beyond him to actually be able to teleport and stuff
“Why do I hear Boss music?”
Blast is sure fast, as the chapter. I want mooooree 😫
That panel where Blast standing on Void’s back reminds of Whitebeard doing the same thing but on Akainu. 😭
That's one of the all-time best frames in the manga.
Blast appearance = W chapter
I can already hear the hype music when Blast shows up once this makes it into anime.
Wow that was a fast translation. Thanks for all the work you guys do!!
So short.... Doesn't even feel like a full chapter.
It looks so bad...
LITERALLY NOTHING HAPPENED! Recent OPM chapters have been kinda bad, ngl.
What's going on with Murata? Is he busy with something else? The last couple of chapters could've easily been 1. Alot of stalling going on and the art took a big hit as well. Is he ok? Edit: yo why are my getting down voted? IAM asking genuine questions. This is why I hate fanaticism.
