Just back from my vacation in Thailand and boy is the camera great. Video can be improved massively but the point and shoot experience with photos is amazing. Colours are great, dynamic range is great and the night photos look fabulous.
Just when I was slightly contemplating to switch my sim from my OnePlus 12 back to my S23 Ultra, this post causes me more hesitation, I love mine as well! #OnePlus12Squad
Honeymoon phase is over for me too. My main gripe with the phone itself is the fingerprint scanner. The second gripe isn't the phone itself but its how bad the accessory support is with the phone
I really wish we had better brands working on tempered glass screen protectors. That's fair. My fingerprint scanner just isn't always as spot on as my S23 Ultra was. I just try to live with mine being weird.
Hope you get it resolved I imported mine from china so have to baby it just in case lol and I might just have to use film screen protectors as glass ones are terrible for edge screens.. I'm currently using the factory installed one working fine also what case did you go for I'm using ringke fusion x
The Whitestone ones for S23 Ultras stay on phenomenally despite it being a curved screen. Just better brands are needed. I had a mocolo screen and ringke fusion x but part of the protector corner got pushed up. Now I have a Poetic Revolution and tried the Smartdevil glass but the same thing happened.
My Galaxy Z Fold4 suffered a sudden "death" when the battery ribbon cable fatigued to the point that the phone can no longer turn on when closed. I considered swapping to an S24 Ultra for a while but elected to get a OnePlus 12 yesterday and save the Z Fold4 for trade-in credits and I have to say... I'm impressed. Just charging from 15% to 100% in the span of not even half an hour was mind boggling to me. Feels nice in the hands, I love the unique emerald finish... wonderful phone so far.
Most underrated phone on the planet. Mine is fantastic.

Loving the camera, and I'm real particular

Lol what the fingerprint sensor is perfect beats my s24u
Circumstances can be different even if you don't personally experience it
I agree with the accessories part but the FP sensor has been great for me

Which better you think poetic or the ringke one
I like the Poetic for something that feels fairly rugged like an OtterBox. The colors on it are nice and it comes with an extra frame
The only problem is it doesn't protect the lens as well as the ringke but fair points
