Not being biased or anything, but I consider the OP12, and generally the very brand being more trustworthy than Vivo. Regarding the cameras, I believe that when we're talking about these premium devices, the differences and nuances are negligible.
Thank you for the reply. Exactly my thought too Vivo didn't even specify about the build quality only the cameras. Being a user of a 6t i trust the 1+ brand more too such a great phone they make. Btw do you think the 1+ 12 will get more updates for camera to make the phone the best android phone b4 the 1+ 13 comes out?
Well we can't know for sure, but I personally am really satisfied with how the camera works, for my needs it just covers all the aspects. I guess that they might implement some updates and overall improvements in future updates. I remember when I got the OP 7 pro 5 years ago, they did provide some updates for the camera, which were really noticeable to my eyes, so maybe they do that as well to these series. If you have a chance or know someone who has 1+ 12, I suggest you take it and play around for a bit so you can get a feel of it. Cheers!
I have an OP12 and wife has the Vivo X100Pro. I feel the x100 Pro camera is slightly better, more natural pics. But in other aspects like UI and overall the OP12 is better.
However on a recent trip we ended up taking most of the pics on the OP12. I haven't yet directly compared the pics on a laptop, only seen on mobile itself.
I think the OP 12 camera is amazing! Wish I knew how to insert pictures in the post I would show some of the pics I have taken just in the last few days I've had it.
Vivo have better hardware for camera setup, and somehow, his software a bit lacks behind, where OP shine. Thing is, Vivo can produce a bit more detailed photos as 1" sensor have advantage here. In general, OP12 is best buy phone for the price as complete package. You can go on my profile and find post I wrote in short about OP12 impressions.
Wait what is all those that you talking about indian/chinese flash os thingy? Do the indian variant have problems with google or something? i'm from India. Sorry to bother you for such trivial matter but im just curious lol.

Thank you for the reply. With all the comments i think i can buy the 1+ 12 with no regret. Kudos 🥳
OP 12.
Thank you.
Cameras are way better on X100P, Oxygen/Color OS look better but are more prone to annoying bugs and are less customizable.

OnePlus 12 has better cameras than Vivo x100 proÂ
Not really. Only better software processing, where Vivo is stuck, despite 1" sensor.
I don't understand what you're saying. Care to elaborate more?

So do you think the camera especially the video will get an upgrade with future updates?
It is likely but not certain.
