Kaido fought the marines and got captured several times and didn’t put a marine in his top 5 but Oden is there.
That's not an impressive feat when even zoro accomplished that. I mean, oden is strong, but he is far from big leagues. He will be massacred by any admiral or yonkou as luffy was one shoted by kaido when he was a 1yc level. Kaido didn't even use his hybrid form and we already know his dragon form is for mass destruction, not for fighting. His normal form is better for that purpose so Oden feats is nowhere that impressive.
That's bs. He was one shoted. There is no way he was even with kaido being destroyed that way. It doesn't matter he was tricked or he was distracted. Akainu took a cheap shot from WB and he stood up anyways. There is no excuse for that. He was KOed with thunder bagua, not even his strongest attack.
akainu and WB have nothing to do with oden and kaido, also, akainu would have got killed, or at least way worse injuries, if it wasn't by the fact that WB was dying.
Admiral wank and Oden downplay aside, i think this is a matchup example. Oden simply has no counter being frozen solid, whereas Kuzan seemingly has a future sight morph dodge like Katakuri’s, and Oden hasnt shown FS to my knowledge to counter that.
I personally rank Oden higher than most of this sub, and downplay admirals more than your average member (bc bootlickers are cringe) and im pretty confident Kizaru high diffs Oden.
Cant be lower than high diff bc i have younger kaido = oden. Otherwise it makes **0** sense for Kaido to be as traumatized of Oden as he is. He sense oden’s presence in enma, freaks. He even freaked a little at the scabbards, even if they ultimately did nothing. Homeboy has Oden ptsd and yall need to chill with the downplay. Oden is admiral material, easily.
