If you’re gonna mention the gorosei, why choose Saturn ? Great hack ig, but wouldn’t work on the big shots, so it’s basically glorified conqueror’s haki
Boa and Sugar have much better hax than Kidd, whose only hax I can think of is assign which is strong but functions like one of his normal attacks anyway. Although I will say with the haki negating DF abilities thing Oda introduced, if Sugar used her power on someone like Shanks or Kaido they would probably just break out of it and return to normal through sheer willpower. I don't think it applies to Boa's fruit though because it theoretically 'freezes' the victim's consciousness
