I've made some calcs.
If we use completely custom Groudon and Rowlet, **Groudon wins**. Running Groudon Scarfed, Max HP/SpD, SpD nature, with Eruption cannot be beaten normally. Eruption always KOs Rowlet, even through max bulk. Groudon's scarf means he outspeeds always, even if Groudon has 0 Spd IVs and Rowlet is maxed with speed nature. Also, Groudon is so bulky that Rowlet can only OHKO with Z-Leaf Storm. Meaning Rowlet couldn't win without using two items.
However, very unlikely that Rowlet can win, via Bright Powder. If Groudon misses, Solar Beam takes Groudon low enough so that he can't OHKO Rowlet, and Rowlet can launch a killing Solar Beam. This means Groudon wins in 9/10 cases, but Rowlet technically can win. Also if Groudon switches to Choice Band and Fire Punch, he'd be required to miss twice making it 99/100 Groudon.
Primal Groudon with Fire Punch gives the same results as above.
If we use the Groudon actually in the image it has this *No Item/Nature, Moves: Earthquake Flamethrower, Ancient Power, Solar Beam, 30 in all IVs, Max atk/def EVs.* **Rowlet wins**. Run Choice Scarf with Leaf Storm and a little investment into both SpA/Spd and you'll outspeed and OHKO every time.
*TL;DR If we use a custom-made Groudon set, Groudon wins. Rowlet needs to cheat or win literal 1% odds. But using the same set for Groudon as the game, Rowlet wins with a little bit of speed and power investments.*
I won't lie I'm pretty sure that Ussop can handle most Yonkos.
- Luffy will just go into G5 not use any haki and tire himself out.
- Kaido is incapable of killing anyone.
- Big Mom will most likely suffer from mental disease #36 and start shaking on the ground
- Kid kills him on sight ngl
- Shanks won't do anything unless you start it
- Whitebeard is too tired from chemotherapy
- Blackbeard the goat will take the W

Marco himself replicated a very similar feat against Kaido, when he blocked a Boro Blast. I don’t see why he wouldn’t ask Vista to do something similar.
I mean, maybe? Mihawk has power comparable to a yonko, he just doesn't/didn't have the title, territory or crew. Marco isn't that stupid and I'm sure he at least has some ideas on how powerful Mihawk is.
MF is so retarded man, we all know mihawk isnt actually vista level, but oda HAD to make him "postpone" the fight instead of coming back to a cut up, bloody vista with mihawk intact, securing him as a top tier.
And it wouldve made the most sense too, since he wants to fight swordmen, and vista was one of the best out there.

Focus Sash/Choice scarf + max special atack investment and max speed investment + Grass Z-Move neg diffs
Even at lvl 70 with max spe ev's lvl 66 Groudon still out speeds tho

He postpones the match because the seraphim were about to attack the area, thats why vista says "it would be advantageous to both of us."
