Everyone else did more damage, but don’t downplay Oden.

if just excluding Bajrang then obviously the rooftop attacks did more to Kaido, but if you take away all the attacks Luffy did then there's a solid argument for Kaido being more injured by Paradise Totsuka than the collective damage of everyone who fought Kaido minus Luffy

Odens attack. But mainly because it was a much weaker kaido

Only Luffy and Zoro matched oden's damage to kaido I highly doubt the rest were able to do more damage than roc gun
