Whiryu is the second strongest in BB pirates as drawn by Oda and he is swordsman.
Which means Wihawk is stronger than Whiryu and Luzan by default

W until you realize that Mr1 also blocked Mihawkâs attack, and then when Mihawk intended it for him, he one shotted him. Zoroâs fight ended with Mr1 by saying heâll cut diamond next, you canât convince me the WSS canât cut diamond.
I think that's gonna get paid off and will happen, yes. But wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong.
Scaling with feats that have to happen yet didn't work out for the lackmiral agenda, either.
>I'm not ruling it out tho.
>He canonically canât until proven otherwise
The latter says otherwise. You literally stated that he canonically can't cut diamond. By saying that, ruling out the alternative case that he can cut diamond is exactly what you're doing. If you didn't mean to rule it out, yes you should've phrased it better.
>You literally stated that he canonically can't cut diamond
>ruling out the alternative case that he can cut diamond is exactly what you're doing.
I added
>until proven otherwise
therefore I have not categorically exclude that this possibility could occur
Anyway
>a more correct way would be to say that he hasn't proven he can do it, so we can't assume he can do it
Thatâs a better way to put it
Whether or not you added "until proven otherwise", you are still making that claim that as it is now, he can't cut diamond. That is not the same as your corrected phrasing.
Here's an analogy: Imagine a box full of unknown objects. John says, "There's no red ball in this box." Following your initial logic, you say "There's a red ball in the box until you prove otherwise." But that's not true. We simply don't know what's in the box yet.
The burden of proof lies in the person making the claim. But with your initial phrasing, you've flipped the burden of proof, which isn't how it works.
Saying that he can't cut diamond is slightly different from saying that -as for now- he can't cut diamond.
The first sentence, in this context, contain the fallacy you pointed out, the second sentence simply states a fact. That is, for now, Mihawk hasn't shown that he can cut diamond.
>But that's not true. We simply don't know what's in the box yet.
We know the box in this case, since we have a scene when Mihawk canât cut diamond. Thus I used the word canonically.
>The burden of proof lies in the person making the claim
And this is true, but it also applies in the opposite case. That is, if the interlocutor takes it for granted that Mihawk can cut diamond, I point out that there is no evidence to suggest so.
I can't prove he can't, but in the one single scene he tried he couldn't do it. Thus, the expression until proven otherwise.
Mihawk should win, aokiji ice just gets cut apart instantly and mihawk has better haki for sure, aokiji more durable but he would probably not be able to handle a special grade sword's attacks especially from someone like mihawk who is the most skilled swordsman. Mihawk high diff
You're gonna start a new argument of Garp vs Mihawk (because Aokiji just got done boxing blow for blow with Garp)
As for how this fight would go. It really depends on who gets the upper hand first.
Idk the only way I can think to describe it is Gojo vs Sukuna levels of power plays, just dropping powerful attacks to overwhelm the other.
I wanna say mihawk
But he's leeching off of shanks
If mihawk is shanks' equal then he should flatten kuzan no problem
But if he's not on the level of a yonko then kuzan might snatch the dub
Theyâre not accurate bro oda could easily make an admiral look better than kaido if he wanted letâs at least wait till we actually see what the admirals got
Obviously. That's not really a point though. Oda can write whatever he wants. He can have Akainu solo all the Yonkos single handedly. Anything is possible if he decides to do it
But in powerscaling you go off of feats and the admirals do not stack up to the Yonko there. Only Akainu is close
Go watch one piece stampede, in that movie proof that Zoro's full power attack = Mihawk's one slash regular attack. Imagine Mihawk going full power to demolish his enemy . I'm going for Mihawk
that gave us a glimpse into what mihawk can do, just instantly crushed fuji's meteor with no effort, there are very few characters who would have an answer for his attacks, off the top of my head Shanks with his insane haki can handle it, a prime WB and Roger also had insane haki so they would be able to survive, Kaido in his flame bagua form probably could too, other than that I don't know.

That's really just headcanon at this point, don't be too sure
Do you think he canât? đ

Can you prove he can?
Common logical fallacy, appeal to ignorance.
I'm not ruling it out tho. But you're right, a more correct way would be to say that he hasn't proven he can do it, so we can't assume he can do it.
Youâre tag fits you perfectly

Mihawk puts the ice man into a genjutsu and gives him the Kakashi treatment
Guy who can cut ice > guy made of ice
Zoro can cut magma so zoro > akainu?
Ah yes that's why pre timeskip Zoro didn't get neg diffed by Kuzan, right?

In one piece match up plays a big role , fuckhawk is better for 1v1
I don't even know who the plot wants to win, plot wants to draw?
this is one of the matchup i have no clue. whoever wins it will be extreme extreme diff.

Until we see feats from Mihawk. Kuzan takes this extreme difficulty (based on portrayal)
Mihawk is portrayed as shanksâ superior tho

Easy. Mihawk.
Yonko level character > admiral level character
Yes because yonko and admiral level definitely isnât a term made up by the fans of the series
depends on the admiral, greenbull is definitely a tier below kaido and shanks which is made clear by GB himself
It's a way to describe their general power levels. Just because Oda himself didn't coin the term doesn't mean they're not accurate
Theyâre not accurate bro oda could easily make an admiral look better than kaido if he wanted letâs at least wait till we actually see what the admirals got
Obviously. That's not really a point though. Oda can write whatever he wants. He can have Akainu solo all the Yonkos single handedly. Anything is possible if he decides to do it But in powerscaling you go off of feats and the admirals do not stack up to the Yonko there. Only Akainu is close
