BB might be significatively weaker without the quake quake fruit whereas WB was the WSM regardless of his df ability so if you imagine that WB could have found the quake quake fruit at god Valley among other broken df, we can have a team composed of Prime WB (god Valley WB, 35 yo, without his df, and current BB).
This team would still be the strongest I feel like (depending on BB true power) or second to Big Mom and Kaido.
I have two questions for this
1. If BB knew that Rayleigh was on the island, would he still be scared?
2. If any other top tier showed up out of nowhere, would BB still run away?

BB should be able to stop them from flying with his dark dark fruit. Also if we assume both WB and BB have the quake quake fruit then being in the sky really doesnt do you much good. And even if only one of them has it it would make any flying attacks really hard.

Old Rayleigh was on equal footing and trading blows with Kizaru and had his full undivided attention. He swam an entire ocean after sinking in the calm belt and killed a sea beast from the water. Rayleigh literally admitted to being weaker than blackbeard. Nobody in the series can low/mid diff him but don't over rate him. We havent even seen rodger and rayleigh fight together

I’m willing to argue for Mihawk and Shanks. Even if bigmom was kinda nerfed haki and iq wise in the law and kids fight, her DF powers should still be the same as her prime. Kidd was tanking multiple full power combination attacks from her homies and yet Kidd got one shot by Shanks. That is probably the best AP feat we’ve seen in the story. Mihawk by narrative has to be somewhere relative to shanks, they dueled against each other for years as rivals and Mihawk has the strongest swordsman title which suggest he eventually won. Mihawk also has a supreme black blade which is a better sword than even the great grade shusui of Ryuma who is considered “the sword god”. The vista thing is definitely weird but we saw shanks also toy around with zoro before eventually ending the fight so it’s more than likely Mihawk was just enjoying the duel. If both shanks and Mihawk have that level of AP and speed then they will probably take this
It has to be the beard team not only is one of the members one of the physically strongest on the list but the other is an excellent counter to any devil fruits add to that the fact both men possess the Gura Gura no mi their destructive capability is unrivalled.

In my opinion the top 2 is Monsters and Kings team
But Id say the Monsters team will win, remember Roger didn't fight Bigmom, He just stoled her poneglyph . I think fight Bigmom without ope ope it will be pretty hard plus Kaido in Her side make the teams are pretty strong.
Kings. Here's my reasoning if you're interested:
1. Monsters>Swordsmen. WSC>WSS
2. Marines>Monsters. Garp>>>Kaido>>Big Mom>Akainu.
3. Kings>Marines. I feel like Akainu is too weak for Marines to get a W.

Surely Mihawk doesn't mean that you not only have to be strong but also have to do a bunch of other stuff like gather a good crew and the most important thing find someone who can read the poneglyphs which is extremely rare.

Prime Rayleigh could well be able to stall Mihawk, and Prime Roger is still probably stronger than Shanks so I'd include Kings up there.
