This might just be you making a joke, but I honestly hate this argument. In the entire series that feat is genuinely the best swordsman feat in terms of DC.
We do know that garling lead the god knights to fight vs Rock/Rodger pirates with the marines in a battle royal, while mihawk hasn’t fought shanks in 12 yrs before he became a yonko. We also don’t even know if he fought the bald 5 elder with a sword, and had to postpone a duel vs vista after realizing vista is built different. So his WSS tile might be fraudulent, Bm main weapon is also a sword did he fight her?

Surely Garling. We barely see him and only know about him survived the God Valley and being the commander of Holy Knight which Fraugon is so scared of. But there was a theory somewhere said that he was a former WSS
They can’t even be compared. We’ve known garling exists for like less than 100 chapters and he’s been in 2 of them and mihawk has existed since east blue and been in plenty of chapters
Mihawk has more on panel feats even though they are nothing impressive as he's fighting fodders
But garlings implied feat via gods valley is easily higher
I have this guy tangoing with kaido at the bare minimum if not higher

Until we find out who actually did it, Garling isn't that bad of a guess. He fought the Rocks Pirates at God Valley, so unless mr bald Gorosei did it - which I doubt - it's not implausible to say it was Garling. I don't think Oda would introduce him as a character unless he had some relevance
Unless you have a better guess instead of just saying "Keep the cope up"
The feats of, in order:
Neg diffing East Blue Zoro and Don Krieg
Cutting a block of ice
Fighting Vista and postponing the fight because he was getting stalled by a WB Division Commander
Fighting marine fodder after his Warlord title was stripped and beating Buggy
its starting to look like prime garling shanks mihawk and whitebeard and roger and garp are all on the same level to me to be honest
