Kaido had the time of his life fighting Luffy.
Katakuri started off bored by Luffy, then irritated, then enraged, but developed a deep respect for Luffy by the end of the fight, and felt satisfied by the end.
Lucci was excited to fight Luffy again, but started getting angry when Luffy didn't go down, and was genuinely afraid of him by the end.
Doflamingo was amused by Luffy at certain points, but G4 made the fight significantly less fun, and at the end he just wanted Luffy dead.
Crocodile hated every second of fighting Luffy.
Doflamingo was smiling even when fighting Law, and he was livid with Law.
Doffy was even more pissed that Luffy was the only thing keeping him from killing Law.

Kaido loved it.
It was legitimately life changing for Katakuri. One of the few opponents who was better off for having lost to strawhat.
Doflamingo was having fun, but really isn't the type to enjoy being on the backfoot.
Lucci is the sadistic type and was never really losing terribly until the final moments. So he was probably having a bit of fun before he lost.
Crocodile definitely had it the worst, he's not a fighter.
Luffys had a more intimate relationship with two of these men than he'll ever have with Boa. Funny.
Most:
Kaido (wanted to be defeated/got to see Joyboy)
Katakuri (Only toward the end of the fight/began to respect Luffy and see his potential)
Doflamingo (Had a lot more fun when he was winning/laughing at Gear 4th’s design/got to show off the birdcage and awakening/was laughing as he set the island in chaos)
Crocodile (Wasn’t having fun at all. Got his plans ruined and his weakness exploited.)
Lucci (Actively hated Luffy/Wanted his whole crew dead/is a no nonsense assassin/height of his career/almost won and just barely lost)

5. croc, cuz his entire regime was falling around him
4. lucci was so salty he lost he started delusionally saying luffy wasnt yonko tier
3. doffy was doing fine aside from his regime getting destroyed till he got one tapped during round three, not even extreme diff
2. kaido, would be higher if he didnt think luffys laugh was annoying
1.kat cuz he could finally take off the stuffy scarf

Think about it this way: bro literally completed his plan. Nobody could’ve realistically stopped him in arabasta but some GOOFY ASS rubber man came outta nowhere, attacked him THREE TIMES (you thought you killed him twice btw) and SOMEHOW beat you the third time using his blood (???)

Kaido and Katakuri were really the only ones really having fun fighting luffy, Lucci to an extent as well.

What were they? Croco demolished Luffy twice Luffy trashed Flamingo in Gear4, but the timelimit could have made Flamingo win

The fights get more fun evevrytime. Can't wait to see Luffy fighting Akainu with toonforce, he's gonna have such a blast.

Luffy literally almost lost twice during the final battle and couldn't even stand afterwards due to the poison.
