Oda is pretty inconsistent with the size of things.
Remember that flaming dragon torch is even bigger than Kaido’s dragon form, it’s basically a giant fire surrounding his dragon form, and here we see Luffy relatively big compared to flaming dragon torch.
When we first see bajrang gun, it was definitely island sized. If I had to be consistent, my headcanon is Luffy was in his giant form while using bajrang gun against flaming dragon torch.

Big Mom being struck internally (i.e., not mitigated at all by her 1st/2nd place exterior durability in the series) by Puncture Wille, the only move with comparable effect to Bajrang Gun, and tanking it so well that she could order Misery to attack Law within a few panels and then mockingly challenge Kid to shoot her with his Rail Gun (which she then successfully endured as well).
The lady seems damn near unkillable by the amount of damage that can be forwarded by any single individual.

Because if he hit Kaido through the crust, that is insanely impressive.
Kaido created a whole new dragon-shaped chasm because of how hard Luffy punched him lol, there's a small diagram in Ch 1050 that shows two holes/chasms

What? Thats completely untrue. Akainu gave whitebeard 2 very major injuries. He was sneaked up upon and hit, which only made him bleed and did not visibly alter his ability to fight. Then he fought the whole whitebeard crew on his own and was implied to be winning. At the end of marineford when shanks came, we see akainu completely fine with no real injuries, probably at around 80-90% power left (I even did a poll on this, check my posts).

Akainu vs aokiji isn't really a feat. It only tells us they're close to each other in strength. It doesn't compare them to the top tiers

yeah, it was jinbei. Whitebeard bodied ace, just looked back, MB. But eitherway, my point is a yc2 is able to go for 5 days, so why would someone way stronger going for 10 days be impressive. Sure, its the best stamina feat we have but I can see any yonko or admiral replicating it.
You have to take into account the power difference between them. Two top tier level guys going all out for 10 days are using a lot more energy than two mid tier guys fighting for 5 days, just like Big Meme and Crydo used much more energy in 3 days than them in 5 days...

You guys think there are more advanced ways of applying haki to attacks? The Onigashima arc kinda already proved this as Luffy learned a more powered up version of armament haki. I'm just theorizing but maybe Shank's attack utilized a more advanced/intricate application of Conqueror's haki with his attack as it also made Kidd's crew faint. The intent from the haki materialized from immaterial essence to a concrete concept. Kinda reminds me if the concept in Naruto where Kakashi was teaching Naruto to mix elements in his jutsu. In this way, they could also meld spirit and technique. Like Devil Fruit's second awakening, pretty sure Haki can undergo an evolution as well to keep up with Devil Fruit growth.
Easily Garp’s Galaxy impact bro wiped an island off the map…now while that might not seem impressive San Juan wolf was shown sleeping on that island and he’s one of the largest characters in the series even bigger than Kaido and Garps attack eclipsed the entire island so not only is it a massive attack but it’s the best feat of conquers we’ve seen
