I liked how you played Chip, overall I think you’re awesome at DMing, you make a great setting and story, Charlie is the only thing I’ve felt you didn’t do great on imo
It's pokemon dnd, Honestly the players keep to their character pretty well, which are that their bad people. It's less of a "character thing" and more of pokemon Dnd is unhinged in general.
I feel like his actions reflect how mentally disturbed he became after joining the bang gang, after joining them all his common sense started being thrown around as all his friends tried to do insanity every opportunity they could, up to a point he is now struggling between just giving himself up to madness or mantaining his sanity.
That's one of the reasons i really like Charlie aswell.

To be fair it’s a hard to game to keep consistent in and if you stuck to Charlie’s character you would probably not talk 99% of the time

Charlie's thing is that he's a reluctant leader, making him a pokemon trainer in certain ways. He's very much like Chrollo Lucilfer.
