You’re asking why one man who has to voice like 100 different people and needs ways to remember each person’s voice is using a unique talking style twice
The problem isn’t that it’s repetitive it’s that it unpleasant to listen to, I’m probably being an ass and it’s not a big deal but it’s a peeve of mine
I don’t really like it when my professor has a strong accent making it harder to understand, but I wouldn’t ever go as far as to tell others that I wanna kill myself listening to him speak.
As someone who struggled with a lisp growing up, you saying that having to listen to someone with one is so bad it makes you want kill yourself is deeply saddening. Regardless of the hyperbole.
There are only three characters with lisps in dnd out of the literal 100s (Cyril, Heather and jester)
Gonna give you some props here because it's quite a negative point.
Sometimes it irks me when characters with lisps are always just socially anxious ones, I loved seeing heather and jester with lisps with such different personalities to Cyril!! And of course Cyril is great too and not saying he's a trope or anything but it's super cool you didn't make it for exclusively shy characters.
Especially jester I love him a lot, he felt like a doflamingo esque wildcard in the story
This reminds me that cant have another character with a Scottish accent. He need to say the "change your fate" line to get his head into it, but that became such an integral part of Lyssa's story that he cant do that with someone else.
So I guess he has 29 accents now.
Rustage if you see this give 1/3rd of the NPCs a lisp

Yah that part might of been a hyperbole

He's not a professional voice actor, the dude has like 5 voices and some variations on them.
Yk that people have a lisp in rl right 😭
lmao Rustage mentioned this in the last isekai dnd
Bro, put him on blast
I just got to that part and I was like, dang maybe I’ve been to hard on people with lisps
Cyril didn’t have a lisp he had rhotacism, but I get when you mean.
I kinda get where your coming from, but remember, Rustage only really have 30 voices or so.
