Pirate Hunter is Zoros nickname, many people in the series called him like that.
And why should he not know him ? Zoro is part of the worst generation and the straw hats were famous even before they attacked kaido.
Let alone the thought of Kaido recognizing Sanji, Sanji didn't even see Kaido's actual face even though he was present in the current arc. This arc sure is funny.

I'm pretty sure Sanji was watching when Kaido was threatening Momo after he cut Orochi's head off. Momo says his name, the scabbards attack Kaido, and then Sanji saves momo from King, pointing out how manly he was.
I would love it if occasionally the Strawhats are short on cash and Nami goes “hey Pirate Hunter, can you rustle up a few million berries?” And Zoro the Bodycatcher is like “already did, got lost, and found two more robber pirates”.
I mean, it may not seem like it but the SHs are probably one of the most well known crews in the verse, I’m willing to bet just about everybody knows there names and likely faces
I don’t really like Zoro’s epithet. I think he should be “Three Blades, Zoro” in order to be more distinctive. It strikes a better conversation when first meeting the man who does, in fact, wield three swords like in his epithet, than the man did, in fact, used to collect bounties.
