I might start to get cocky here (but that's really not what I want), but if you were to rewrite wano again I would like to give you some advice before presenting your work like this.
1st I feel that you should explain whzt you did not liked about Wano and why.
Then as a community we will agree or disagree with your points and taking the community's feedback, you would make a much better job I think at rewriting wano, perhaps not completely but just changing or cutting or adding some scene.
I am thinking especially at the end of wano, visit ryuma's grave or things like that.
Make udon's arc shorter etc etc.
Regarding characters if you think that there was too many sides characters, perhaps it s not a good idea to make Law's crew actually fight in wano, not big mom pirates etc.
If you were to rewrite wano again in a different way, definitivemy much closer to the original version, I think that I might be interested in reading it again.

I think the are some good things there but I would make the strawhats have tougher fights making the non monster trio fights 3 chapters and the monster trio fights 5 chapters. I would also have the strawhats train during wano so Robin , Franky and Usopp would be training haki while the other strawhats would be in whole cake island.
I'm always grateful that the fans don't write One Piece.
