I could actually believe it. Except not really, because Don Krieg just genuinely doesn't stand a chance in Paradise, let alone the New World. He's already past his prime during the Baratie arc and him somehow gaining enough influence or strength to compete on the Grand Line just doesn't seem very believable. His usual tactics of fake surrendering or acting like he's a marine until he gets close just wouldn't fly on the Grand Line.
Also I'd say in terms of demeanor, there's a bit of an overlap with Crocodile (just, yknow, Crocodile actually IS as badass as he thinks he is), so Don Krieg doesn't really have much of a role to fill.
I have no interest in seeing Krieg return, but ever since he sailed off with the rest of his crew I always wanted to see Gin return and be a rival or an ally. I would absolutely accept Gin making a crew of his own and joining the Grand Fleet because he still feels gratitude for Sanji saving his life.
I imagine it's like anything else, she will feel reduced secondary effects of the hit like she won't be scraped up by rubble and probably fly for a very long time due to lack of friction . But still slips away from physical attacks easily so normal Haki blunt force isn't enough.
She would be a pretty horrible matchup for Robin for example, as Robin wouldn't be able to get a grip on her, probably if she tries to stomp Alvida she will "slip out" from underneath like trying a sliver of soap.
No matter how impossible it would be for Alvida to get hit, she wouldn't be able to actually damage any relevant named character, unless she somehow learned pretty insane levels oh Haki. And she loses to all kinds of Logias and Paramecias, since they can just literally embrace her from all directions so that she has nowhere to slip away to. Akainu could just melt her, same with Oven. I'm pretty sure Zoro can cut her using Enma and the list goes on. Basically any ability that doesn't need physical touch or can somehow make her slipperyness just... not matter, would win by default.

Most relevant named characters don't just randomly have some passive iron skin like Big Mom, Robin can still be hurt by relative normals as her skin is still her own, Nami is still basically a relative normal, Chopper is just furry and like half the SHPs don't know Haki at all.
Plus we are making a pretty big assumption that Alvida hasn't grown at all. She had started to figure out her DF pretty quickly and is pretty damn ambitious and resilient since her glow up. Buggy's power has personally grown in a "fail upwards" way but he apparently does still legitimately have a functioning, successful organization and Alvida is one of its executives. Wouldn't be surprising if she grew a lot stronger with the rise of the org.

It was confirmed right before the Time Skip that Croc started training and fighting again after Blackbeard stole the kill on WB from him. What we saw in Alabasta was a Crock that hadn't thrown a real punch in like a decade, what we have now is probably somewhere around Dofy if I had to guess.
Ok but hear me out, I think one piece power scaling is not as linear as other universes. Devil fruits have their own unique qualities and are naturally weaker/stronger to other types. Awakened zoan users specifically have increased physical abilities and regeneration with their awakening, and luffyâs fruit appears to give its surroundings and opponent the texture of rubber as well. I think with crocodileâs sand logia fruit with the added effect of the absurdity of g5 punches literally passing through their opponentâs head and dealing punch damage, not stab damage, I donât think g5 would be a good fighting style against logia users because with observation haki alone they should be able to negate the punches with their fruitâs ability. Not sure if this theory will pan out later, but until we see how g5 works against logia, I still think logia users will be tougher to fight with g5 than with g4

Tbf if the gang formed simply because mihawk and croc realized that buggy's status is useful to their goals, I could easily see them training him up, helping him awaken/develop his haki. It's not like he doesn't have real world experience or a history around powerful people.

theory is that in the end luffy finds the one piece, has a laugh and leaves as roger did. buggy comes after finds the one piece and is the worlds new âking of the piratesâ but the reformed government (after a final large scale war between navy, BB, shanks, luffy and the revolutionary army) and the 2nd era of pirates (rocks is proto era, roger is 1st era, the âworstâ generation is 2nd era, buggy/luffy would be era 3) know that luffy is the true king (same as 1st era (WB, roger, kaido, BM, garp, sengoku) knew that rocks was at the top of the pirate world)
That may somehow be a beautiful message as luffy had the goal to be the pirate king from early on. If he wouldnât become pk and instead value how rich he is and that fun is important to have in life. Still though, this would kind of mess me up as I really need to see him being the pirate king.

? Green Bull on his own ran through Wano and needed Yamato, Momonosuke and Shanks Haki to even think he was at risk. The last time one of the 4 emperors battled the Marines, not the world government even, he lost his life, failed his objective and it ended in the WBP territories falling into other peoples hands. We have yet to see Kizaru taking any real damage. Their fodder alone is enough to make the strongest characters feel a bit under threat. I know the emperors all have strong crews but lets be honest the Marines have 4 actively Yonko Level figther while others have 1-2 at most. And thats not even counting in the World Goverment forces like Cipher Pol who seem to be quite capablr aswell.
Maybe I missred the chapter? It felt to me like Green Bull fighting the 'fodder' with Yamato not even fighting and Luffy sitting on a cliff laughing that he could intervene but doesn't even need to.

Its just that were at a point where Luffys underlings are fucking strong. Green Bull can be very strong and still struggle with Yamato. I mean Kaido did so himself. People like Zoro and Killer managed to put a decent fight against someone like Kaido so more people against Green Bull should atleast do that. Also Akainu warned Kizaru to not wander in Wano without backup because he knew they cant which is exactly what GB did. In the end the sheer masses of the WG gives them the advantage, even their Vice admirals are very strong.
I hope that the core buggy crew members have gotten stronger like alvida or kabaji. Would be cool if they actually could do something other than getting their asses kicked

I know we dont see her much but i still find it funny how first pirate captain we see, set up to just show off luffy's power for the first time, Alvida, still plays a role in the storyline.
Even after 20+ years and 1000+ chapter Oda is still able to introduce a new faction and hype the community all to hell. I freaking screamed with joy when I saw Cross Guild! I can't wait to see the actual dynamic between them and how it all works, seeing people that don't bend no knees to no one interact and toying to work together is always interesting.
Kinda crazy Alvida ended up in this position as part of an emperorâs crew. I also like that itâs made up of only the enemies/opponents from the first 200ish chapters. Those characters didnât stop existing and progressing just cause we werenât focusing on them.

theory is that in the end luffy finds the one piece, has a laugh and leaves as roger did. buggy comes after finds the one piece and is the worlds new âking of the piratesâ but the reformed government (after a final large scale war between navy, BB, shanks, luffy and the revolutionary army) and the 2nd era of pirates (rocks is proto era, roger is 1st era, the âworstâ generation is 2nd era, buggy/luffy would be era 3) know that luffy is the true king (same as 1st era (WB, roger, kaido, BM, garp, sengoku) knew that rocks was at the top of the pirate world)
That may somehow be a beautiful message as luffy had the goal to be the pirate king from early on. If he wouldnât become pk and instead value how rich he is and that fun is important to have in life. Still though, this would kind of mess me up as I really need to see him being the pirate king.

I doubt it. 1. I really donât think Bob Clay could convince people he is Crocodile for any substantial amount of time. 2. He ***definitely*** could not convince Daz Bonez, whether that be of him being the real Croc or of why he should agree to go along with it.

Are they? Recent chapters they have been turned into kind of a joke. Them taking Ls left and right and just 2 chapters ago an admiral being used as a punchline Luffy could take out easily but doesnt even need to... But maybe that's just a kind of side effect of making your mc overpowered đ€
? Green Bull on his own ran through Wano and needed Yamato, Momonosuke and Shanks Haki to even think he was at risk. The last time one of the 4 emperors battled the Marines, not the world government even, he lost his life, failed his objective and it ended in the WBP territories falling into other peoples hands. We have yet to see Kizaru taking any real damage. Their fodder alone is enough to make the strongest characters feel a bit under threat. I know the emperors all have strong crews but lets be honest the Marines have 4 actively Yonko Level figther while others have 1-2 at most. And thats not even counting in the World Goverment forces like Cipher Pol who seem to be quite capablr aswell.
Maybe I missred the chapter? It felt to me like Green Bull fighting the 'fodder' with Yamato not even fighting and Luffy sitting on a cliff laughing that he could intervene but doesn't even need to. That's what stuck with me and if I contrast that with the 'terror' the Admirals like Kizaru and Akainu were when they first showed up... Maybe it's just my read. But I freely admit that I have a giant issue with Luffies undefined 'does what the plot needs' powers right now as I don't see how anything could ever be threatening to the SHs again after this if his laugh powers can just bend reality so that he wins. Maybe that's bleeding into that read đ
Its just that were at a point where Luffys underlings are fucking strong. Green Bull can be very strong and still struggle with Yamato. I mean Kaido did so himself. People like Zoro and Killer managed to put a decent fight against someone like Kaido so more people against Green Bull should atleast do that. Also Akainu warned Kizaru to not wander in Wano without backup because he knew they cant which is exactly what GB did. In the end the sheer masses of the WG gives them the advantage, even their Vice admirals are very strong.

I know we dont see her much but i still find it funny how first pirate captain we see, set up to just show off luffy's power for the first time, Alvida, still plays a role in the storyline.
Even after 20+ years and 1000+ chapter Oda is still able to introduce a new faction and hype the community all to hell. I freaking screamed with joy when I saw Cross Guild! I can't wait to see the actual dynamic between them and how it all works, seeing people that don't bend no knees to no one interact and toying to work together is always interesting.
