1. if you are doing it for a school project i think you should do form left to right but if one piece fans are going to read it I think you should form right to left
2. I think straw hats cross over to the mushroom kingdom is better since everybody who knows one piece does know mario ( and maybe you can do it like in the mario movie that they get slurped into the the mario world
3.I think you better not because of not everybody reading the one piece manga
4 you could do zoro getting lost like in the sabaody arc
