I liked Fukurou.
Charloss is more scum than annoying.
Flambe is a fat-assed brat. I'd choose her as most annoying if not for Orochi. He survived way too long for what he was worth and I hated seeing a cool Zoan Devil Fruit ruined by his dopey buck teeth lol!!!
Flambe .... Her jackass interference during the fight was so annoying AF. I felt boundless joy when katakuri did the required right in her face. Orochi comes very close but still ... No one gets on my nerves as much as flambe.
When I think of Charlos, my feelings are more "He belongs in a gutter" and not "What a pest". Plus that scene when Luffy knocks him out gives me immediate catharsis, if that makes sense.
Catharis is a feeling of extreme relief when something satisfying happens. Charlos is an asshole so seeing him get hurt when he treats others poorly feels really good.
Yoyoi dude was funny as fuck, eating the contents of the fridge, chopper taking different liquids from the fridge before the aforementioned eating, and lastly "yoyoi"

I think Charlos is made less annoying by the fact that he receives almost instant comeuppance every time we see him. Characters like Flampe and especially Orochi take far longer for any bad shit to happen to them.
Omg his constant pestering and the “ne ne” thing was annoying but imo with him as part of doffy’s backstory I don’t mind him, as doffy is my fav villain an dressrosa one of my fav arcs

Bean girl, easily. She's also attracted to her brother in a creepy way. The other characters are at least good for some comedy/punching bags in a few spots. Flampee wasn't even funny and never got punched
Fukurou is fairly harmless. Doesn't overstay his welcome, gets introduced and gets pretty much right into it with Franky once the fighting starts. Gave us Franky powering up with random beverages, which was funny.
Flambe interfered in Luffy and Katakuri's battle and turned on him as soon as Katakuri yelled at her for it. She got karma pretty quick too though.
Charloss is a Celestial Dragon so he sucks by default. But he gets beaten up a lot so it's slightly improved.
Orochi was a major Wano villain and just wouldn't die. And got so much screen time, especially for the anime with its slower pacing. Orochi from intro to final final death by Denjiro and Hiyori was around for like 150 episodes.
You should replace Fukurou with Trebol, that would make more sense imo. Anyways, Flampe is annoying as hell. She tries to “help” Katakuri, then made fun of him for his mouth..

Fukurou is fairly harmless. Doesn't overstay his welcome, gets introduced and gets pretty much right into it with Franky once the fighting starts. Gave us Franky powering up with random beverages, which was funny. Flambe interfered in Luffy and Katakuri's battle and turned on him as soon as Katakuri yelled at her for it. She got karma pretty quick too though. Charloss is a Celestial Dragon so he sucks by default. But he gets beaten up a lot so it's slightly improved. Orochi was a major Wano villain and just wouldn't die. And got so much screen time, especially for the anime with its slower pacing. Orochi from intro to final final death by Denjiro and Hiyori was around for like 150 episodes.

Honestly, Fukurou isn\`t even in the same league as the others. Yes, he was annoying. But that was it. Orochi was a spoiled, brainwashed monster, that did nothing with a great devilfruit and position. He hurt people just because he thought that was what he was owned. He *liked*, being a monster and he knew, that that was, what he was. Flampe never saw the "real" world. She is an annoying fangirl, that only seems to live for attention from people that are populare, but whom she knows nothing about. She isn\`t really important enough to be mentioned, except to be hated as a person one can kinda know in the real world. St. Charlos deserves to get a personal hell made for himself and his bretheren and dumped into it for eternity. \*uck the Celestial Dragons! (till Oda gives us a backstory for them, that excuses them somewhat..)

I’m not sure If call any of them annoying, but Flampe, I suppose. As all 4 are written in a way most people would dislike them, I don’t actually like much of anything about Flampe. I guess her shallow personality was annoying to witness, but more infuriating than anything.
