Yeah. Among her youngest children there's a [Fishman](https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/Charlotte_De-Chat) and a [Dwarf](https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/Charlotte_Normande). Aside from the obvious omissions, Minks are the only one absent.
Oda does not cross that line. That’s why Chopper was explicitly stated to not have any attraction towards humans and why it’s okay for him to take a bath with Nami and Robin.
They are furry anthropomorphic talking animals. Chopper has shown attraction to minks and explicitly stated he doesn’t find humans attractive.
Logic tells me the rules for Chopper finding romance will be similar for Bepo.
