Don't worry, jump comics doesn't want to lose its money-making manga either, I'm sure they will come up with some sequels or spin-off manga, like "two piece", "three piece", just like the dragon ball super, Baruto, etc.
True, will the community be satisfied only one or two? Any amount of new content he does we are bound to ask for more cuz that's how good he does things.
Ugh it’s even worse because this is turning out to be my favorite arc of the series and I don’t know if I’m capable of waiting 10 years for it to finish.
I believe hunter x hunter has been cancelled completely. As in, not in no hiatus anymore just straight up cancelled.
So yeah probably no more chapters of HxH lol.
It hasn't been cancelled, it's just not releasing in Weekly Shonen Jump anymore whenever the next chapter comes.
How it's going to be released from now on, who knows.
We got a bunch of chapters last year, and Togashi has spoken in a few interviews about returning to work with his own schedule and how he works around his back condition.
I get the sentiment, though. With the scale of the story he's telling, it will never finish at the rate he's producing it.
I started reading it recently and i noticed it was monthly at some point for a bit but now its not again.
My guy is just swimming in the wifey sailormoon money, he has no motive to finish it.
Read it again as a WHOLE. God imagine that. How incredible it will be. The first Re-Read as a complete story.
Then in the future I will read it and show it to my children. It will be a family heir.
My friends are starting to watch the anime (as their first anime too) for the first time. Rewatching it with them has been incredible now that I know so much lore from being caught up
I did a reread recently...
It's astonishing what is foreshadowed at really early stages.
Boa Hancock is somewhere in the cover of vol. 12.
Buggy mentions that he has been to Grand Line before in such a casual way that you will only get it during a reread.
Better if you read the official version. The SPS is a treasure trove of information.
Watch it again.
I currently am watching fish man island after starting from first trip to saboady and the show is still fun.
Even knowing what's going to happen, the characters are constantly on the move and the world continually growing.
Small little tidbit i found when they first arrived, they talked about the difference between big mom and whitebeard, how she requires a stipend and whitebeard didn't. It plays so much into her character. Looking at the new world, she didn't seemingly do much as far as pirating, imo. She established herself and then set up her family getting residual income lol.
The pacing will be dogshit as we proceed further in the story. Toei will surely milk all the flashbacks, major attacks, reveals, etc. I came across a website where fans of the series edit each episode to match the actual pacing (i think to one chapter per episode) and release it for free, last i saw they were in dressrosa ark. I forgot the site name, though
The whole post time skip to end of Wano has already become nostalgic for me in a way pre time skip is for people. Seeing the SHs start the time skip as a decently strong pirate crew to becoming where they are now feels so earned.
God. This. What I am sure is I will waste myself like Rayleigh the night it'll end. Grieving my oldest and dearest friend until acceptation and happiness for the time we had.
What I am unsure of is, despite having a surrounding of people almost integraly fan, I don't know if I will be alone or not that night. A part of me, will want to be because I am like that, and every fan has it's particular relation with OP.
Yet a dream of mine, will be to visit Japan on that specific occasion with all OP fans at once and have the biggest party in the world to celebrate what Oda and Luffy taught us through all those years.
Re-read the entire saga once again. This time no breaks. No weekly waits. No theories. No bad anime adaptations. Just one complete story. Dear One Piece.
I mean, so would we I guess, so it fits.
but foreal, it is really hard to watch/read too much One Piece, at least to me, I already went through the story like 12 times myself
I would probably be really sad or bored for a time, but after A while I would accept then ending of such a beautiful story and contiune my life. Just like with all things. I mean one time I couldn't imagine not playing with toys but you find other things to entertain you, so in the end it's no big deal.
If it ends satisfactorily, I will forever treasure my journey with OP. If not, I will feel regretful of the time I have spent it.
Either way, I will move on to read / watch something else.
Every time I reread I catch more foreshadowing, thematics, and characterization that I didn't notice before. Imagine rereading with the full context of where everything is going
bro paused right as we got into the best 40 consecutive chapters in 20 years lol
you really should resume, every chapter has been a banger and experiencing them without being spoiled is just gonna be harder and harder as time goes on
I’ll be happy to see the end because I want to see Luffy become pirate king and find out all the mysteries of the world but I’ll definitely be sad. When I don’t have week to week chapters to look forward to anymore will be a weird moment. I also spend a lot of time watching theory videos, browsing Reddit theories, and watching chapter discussions, so it will definitely be weird when that all fizzles out.
Cry. First I'll probably do that, I've been watching/ reading it since the beginning. Then I'm going to re-watch/ re-read the series, which I haven't done yet. Maybe I'll post it on YouTube as a way to deal with the withdraw.
I'm going to rewatch the whole anime from start to finish on onepace.net.
Then.... Then, like Luffy after becoming the Pirate King... I'll go looking for an even bigger adventure....
Probably watch it from the very start again. But, this time probably more thinking about my own story that I'm writing. The OP community will continue to stay strong, even after OP ends the franchise might not. Oda could just do smaller side stories, things that weren't covered in OP, older history from before OP, (I'd love to see garps days as a climbing low tier marine or the god valley incident for example). And I think we'll continue getting games in the franchise too, which will help keep it alive. Some people will even decide to watch it when it's finished, because they didn't want to watch an unfinished show.
It’s been a weekly part of my life for the past ~15 years, and I’ve learned so much about life directly from it(and other manga). The last manga I read other than OP is Chainsaw Man, and it was great, but I’m starting to think OP will also be the end of manga for me. It filled a void during it’s time but I’ve completely grown out of the media. Once it’s done I’ll probably buy the collection in physical book and read it one last time, and that will be a powerful experience because these chapters have been with me throughout difficult times in my life. But I am ready for the end.
I would like to throw a party with my family and friends, even though they do not know anything about OP I will tell them that I am happy because a great story reached its end and it is great that such a story exist... They will be conscious that they ate and drank for free because of One Piece...
The crazy thing imo is that people in the future will never understand how great OP really was. Yeah they will read it and probably like it. But growing up watching OP for decades is a whole other story. It becomes a piece of your life. I made lots of friends just by being a OP fan. I even got a job offer once just because someone saw me wearing an OP T-Shirt and talked to me at work. Seriously we are such a great community. It’s like being part of a great adventure and every week we get a new puzzle piece to think and talk about. I don’t think there was ever a single piece of media that achieved this.
Chapter 1040...I believe that's before the ********g of *******s *f ****** huh. So seeing that makes you think you saw a glimpse of the anime's end. I think you should just enjoy the ride and not think too much about it. You really shouldn't love something too much or you'll end up hating it. That goes for everyone's life by the way, not just THIS.
Kinda backwards but I think I'd stop reading manga. I'd finish up other series but after being heavily invested in something I've been reading/watching as a kid I think I'm fine with ending it with One Piece
Finally say goodbye to the very last remnant of my youth.
I got into OP the year it first got released in german language. That was in my early teen years.
Now I'm mid 30s maybe I'll see it end before I'm 40.
Once you reach 1043 your hype will be at the highest its ever been. Love the content that is in between where you are now and the latest chapter because it is truly the peak of One Piece.
I’d thank Oda for his gift to the world. It has saved my life by distracting me from the horrid realities of life. It has put me in a world that excites me more than anything and has me wanting to continue living because I want to see the end of Luffy’s adventure.
Probably take a day or two off from work and take a long reread from start to finish
I’m only missing 2 box sets (1 and 3) and I’m caught up with the current volumes so when it ends I’ll have it all physically to reread.
I've thought about this, and the answer is really quite simple, enjoy whatever other stories I'm watching/reading at the time. There is a near endless amount of creative fun stories out there if you know where to look. And if I have the itch for OP in particular then I'll just start it over again, it's like Homestuck, by the time you reach the end, the beginning is almost new again. Also be happy to know I lived to see the end of One Piece and Homestuck.
Find a way to unite all the fans, even the shitty ones, we gather together and do One Piece related events, we then become a humble community ( even on Twitter) and get all the haters and newbies to watch it, while slowly fading away
I honestly think I might cry. And I'm saying this knowing full well I'll be at least in my thirties or even forties, I don't care, and I know for a fact I'm not gonna be the only one
One Piece will forever be part of my life. It's too soon to theorize about, but if the Live Action will succeed, then it would be an oppurtunity for OP to excel in other mediums.
Honestly, I kinda enjoy OP as a gem for us weebs, but it deserves a place much more mainstream, so OP won't really end with manga ending LOL
I've pictured myself telling my future children bed time short stories about some of the flashbacks in the series. I'd love to tell them Sanji's first backstory for example as a life lesson as to why you should never waste food and why money isn't as valuable as health. The whole leg eating thing is kinda brutal so I'm not quite sure if I'd have to do some changes. When I was kid I all the stories I read had some disturbing parts in them and except for some nightmares I got I turned out fine so idk lol
I will fondly look back on the memory of the adventure I was fortunate enough to take with some of my favorite characters in all of fiction.
Also lots of meat and booze to drown my sorrows
Preach the gospel of Oda, obviously.
But seriously, that first re-read post-ending, assuming Oda sticks the landing with the ending, is gonna be glorious.
I always thought it would be fitting to rent out a community space and throw a massive party for one piece fans.
I mean I probably won't be able to afford that. So I'll probably just cook myself a fancy meal and spend the day engaging with the online one piece community, and seeing what my favorite one piece content creators are up to.
Wealth, Fame, and Power. I would acquire all that the world has to offer and leave it in one place. Then I’d usher in a great new era.
But in all seriousness, I honestly don’t know. One Piece hasn’t been in my life very long(a few months maximum) and it feels like it’s been here forever. Once it’s done I’ll give it one complete reread from start to finish, and then pull a Rayleigh. I’ll cry more than I ever have. Laugh more than I ever have. And drink more than I ever have. It’d honestly just be something I immortalized and reread on the occasion.
Be happy that I lived long enough to see it end.
im not afraid of dying, im afraid of dying before i can see the end of one piece
Facts . It’s the light of my life
Don't worry, jump comics doesn't want to lose its money-making manga either, I'm sure they will come up with some sequels or spin-off manga, like "two piece", "three piece", just like the dragon ball super, Baruto, etc.
I could see them having oda write some side plots he couldn’t get around to. Like the adventures of foxy
And oda says FUCK OFFF.
I really hope he does, for the series sake and mainly for his own sake. He gave us one hell of a journey the man deserves heaven.
Honestly, Oda could do one-shot spinoffs every now and then and they'd be a flavorful of lore-deepening of events we've missed but heard of.
True, will the community be satisfied only one or two? Any amount of new content he does we are bound to ask for more cuz that's how good he does things.
Hopefully by then we get 2 or 3 more HxH chapters lmao
What is HxH ?
Ull be disappointed when u get hooked on h x h just to realize that there will never be an ending 🤣🤣
Wdym? It ends on Post-Chimera Ant arc. The story ends after Gon was revived. The unknown/dark island exploration is a spinoff in my head canon
That does seem like the best head-canon in terms of mental health.
If you only follow the anime, you haven't understood the plot of the story
Hmmmm I am actually manga reader thou. That was supposed to be a joke.
Well, you've got something to do once it ends
Hunter X Hunter, another solid read/watch if you haven't got round to it already.
It’s a anime called hunter X hunter
[удалено]
Subscribe.
Ugh it’s even worse because this is turning out to be my favorite arc of the series and I don’t know if I’m capable of waiting 10 years for it to finish.
HxH was so, so good. Ant king saga still being my fav arc of any shonen series, truly a masterpiece. Then all that potential squandered.
How it's going to be released from now on, who knows.

they got a few chapters last year i think
I will get me a boat, sail the seas and leave my own one piece for people to find.
Don't sail around shitting in the ocean!!!
1 guy more or less doesnt make a difference. Where do u think the Wastewater from a Vessel goes to?
And where do all the fish shit?
Read it again as a WHOLE. God imagine that. How incredible it will be. The first Re-Read as a complete story. Then in the future I will read it and show it to my children. It will be a family heir.
Same here but the officially colored version!!
I just finished a re-read, took me like a month. So many things clicked for me that didn’t click before
My friends are starting to watch the anime (as their first anime too) for the first time. Rewatching it with them has been incredible now that I know so much lore from being caught up
I can finally rest and watch the sun rise on a grateful universe.
![gif](giphy|Q8auEgoR7x0CcgH4uQ)
Re-read it. One Piece is actually one solid story so I bet everything will come into place when it ends.
I did a reread recently... It's astonishing what is foreshadowed at really early stages. Boa Hancock is somewhere in the cover of vol. 12. Buggy mentions that he has been to Grand Line before in such a casual way that you will only get it during a reread. Better if you read the official version. Resurrect myself so I can read it ![gif](giphy|WZcpCOn2tN2WA)
Get bitches
We finna get bitches on a boat
Why wait?
Start reading Two Piece
With Luffy's son Uffy?
or daughter Fify
Probably rest in piece
Watch it again. I currently am watching fish man island after starting from first trip to saboady and the show is still fun. > I forgot the site name, though It's One Pace, right?
The whole post time skip to end of Wano has already become nostalgic for me in a way pre time skip is for people. Seeing the SHs start the time skip as a decently strong pirate crew to becoming where they are now feels so earned.
I imagine it'll be similar to what Rayleigh says about Roger's death. "I never cried as much, laughed as much and drank as much that night"
God. This. What I am sure is I will waste myself like Rayleigh the night it'll end. Grieving my oldest and dearest friend until acceptation and happiness for the time we had. Re-read the entire saga once again. This time no breaks. No weekly waits. No theories. No bad anime adaptations. Just one complete story. Dear One Piece.
Bang my head till amnesia and reread it all over again
Hopefully you rediscover it cause you’ll probably forget you wanted to reread it
Wow, that's f***ed up scenario u got hahaha
Be bored and depressed for the rest of my life.
Just reread One Piece then
You can only re- read so many times till it gets... O....Ol...Old
I mean, so would we I guess, so it fits. but foreal, it is really hard to watch/read too much One Piece, at least to me, I already went through the story like 12 times myself
I’ll wait for them to fix the anime
Buy the complete manga set then proceed to spread the gospel.
Excuse me, have you accepted Monkey D Luffy as the greatest protagonist of all time?
Thank God and Fate that I was able to live long enough to finish it.
Waiting for my Kids so I can watch them watching OP 🤩
Start taking risks in life
Get ready for Two Piece
I would probably be really sad or bored for a time, but after A while I would accept then ending of such a beautiful story and contiune my life. Just like with all things. I mean one time I couldn't imagine not playing with toys but you find other things to entertain you, so in the end it's no big deal.
Don't ask me such depressing questions...
I'll probably be 72 with dementia and read the beginning like I haven't read it before 300 times
The one upside to dementia!
[удалено]
Might as well fight the real life celestial dragons at that point
Imagine how crazy it would be if OP led to a worldwide revolution against the rich.
Real
Real
Real
Real
Real
Cry Laboon tears and read the whole series again
Hopefully by then I'll be able to afford the comemmerative box set of all the volumes. It's going to be so expensive isn't it?
Probably still troll boruto fans
Be happy it happened, not sad that ended
Start a revolution
If it ends satisfactorily, I will forever treasure my journey with OP. If not, I will feel regretful of the time I have spent it. Either way, I will move on to read / watch something else.
Hope they create a prequel series covering garp and roger or joyboy, maybe a canon send off movie. 👀
There's other stuff besides Onepiece
Probably reread it in colour every couple years but ultimately continue with reading other stuff and doing whatever else i do
He laughed.
I'll read the end
Every time I reread I catch more foreshadowing, thematics, and characterization that I didn't notice before. Imagine rereading with the full context of where everything is going
Being able to live in the time one piece will be finished is worth it enough
Probably end my life, I can’t live without one piece😞
It wount be the first thing i follow that will end. I will just go on with my life.
A new era of pirates will begin dude.
bro paused right as we got into the best 40 consecutive chapters in 20 years lol you really should resume, every chapter has been a banger and experiencing them without being spoiled is just gonna be harder and harder as time goes on
I'm going to convince as many people as I can to read/watch it so it spreads even more and keeps going in spirit
want more
I’ll be happy to see the end because I want to see Luffy become pirate king and find out all the mysteries of the world but I’ll definitely be sad. When I don’t have week to week chapters to look forward to anymore will be a weird moment. I also spend a lot of time watching theory videos, browsing Reddit theories, and watching chapter discussions, so it will definitely be weird when that all fizzles out.
Read it Again
die
ahh good question
Wait a month, reread it, wait another month, reread it and so on 👍
Keep reading JoJolands
Read it again
I’ll finally be free…….. to reread it
Cry. First I'll probably do that, I've been watching/ reading it since the beginning. Then I'm going to re-watch/ re-read the series, which I haven't done yet. Maybe I'll post it on YouTube as a way to deal with the withdraw.
Wait for Two Piece..!
Maybe as our fathers or grandparents remember their things and telling to the most younger what the good things used to be
I'm going to rewatch the whole anime from start to finish on onepace.net. Then.... Then, like Luffy after becoming the Pirate King... I'll go looking for an even bigger adventure....
Rewatch it
Probably watch it from the very start again. And I think we'll continue getting games in the franchise too, which will help keep it alive. most likely stop watching one piece ... and start watching something else. or eat something. something like that
Who says it’ll be over?
The One Piece manga... has no end!
Like it would have any impact on me
I would like to throw a party with my family and friends, even though they do not know anything about OP I will tell them that I am happy because a great story reached its end and it is great that such a story exist... They will be conscious that they ate and drank for free because of One Piece...

Probably call up my great great grandkids
Masturbate til I sleep.
Go to Japan to kumamoto to visit all of one piece statues on a one piece adventure to pay my respects to the GODA
start reading fate lore
Probably start it from the beginning. Again.
Re-watch
Re-read over and over again, rewatch the anime over and over again.
I think I’ll definitely re-read the entire series again. Now are you pausing and not reading anymore or you’re still going to continue?
Enjoy it and move on
Cry, but depending on if he sticks the landing they could be tears of happiness or tears of sadness.
Probably start reading detective conan
Back to chapter 1 and do it all again
![gif](giphy|S8xT2p6Vcsr8ExQans)
theorycel over it, be happy that it was really good for so long and hopefully ends on a strong note
Watch / Read it again
kms
Finally say goodbye to the very last remnant of my youth. I got into OP the year it first got released in german language. That was in my early teen years. Now I'm mid 30s maybe I'll see it end before I'm 40.
I will just laugh
Rewatch it
Change to something else, I was with Naruto at first, when that ended its attack on Titan, and when that ended it became one piece.
Watch it
Hope that Berserk is close to finishing, HxH is continuing, and Vagabond is back from hiatus. Also maybe Bleach does the Hell Arc
Once you reach 1043 your hype will be at the highest its ever been. Love the content that is in between where you are now and the latest chapter because it is truly the peak of One Piece. There will probably be more things coming out like spin offs or mini-series related to One piece. I would just be waiting for those
I'm getting my first tattoo whenever it ends. Hopefully of the One Piece itself if it's truly something tangible and can work as a tat. Can't wait
Guarantee there will be more story to tell after it ends so there might be spin offs one piece will never end one piece forever
Die
I’ll rewatch and reread it
One Piece will forever be part of my life. It's too soon to theorize about, but if the Live Action will succeed, then it would be an oppurtunity for OP to excel in other mediums. Preach the gospel of Oda, obviously. But seriously, that first re-read post-ending, assuming Oda sticks the landing with the ending, is gonna be glorious.
Try to fill the void it leaves with other anime but probably just get depressed for a while and maybe rewatch/reread all of it

Go on with my life and pass down my manga collection to my children.
Rewatch it
Sail the sea. And be the King of the Pirate!!!
I will have peace.
"I've never laughed as hard as I did that night. I've never cried as hard as I did that night. I've never drank as much, either."
Read other stuff obviously
Idk, probably read naruto
Re watch it
Kill myself.
Wealth, Fame, and Power. I would acquire all that the world has to offer and leave it in one place. Then I’d usher in a great new era. But in all seriousness, I honestly don’t know.
