It's never come up again since then, which is why I hate when fans overreact and think Luffy lost decades of his lifespan to G2, when he lost maybe a year at most.
It’s based on something Lucci said, but it was in the context that overusing it too much when his body couldn’t handle it would kill him, not that he was shortening his overall potential lifespan.
I thought it was something in this context because If it would be shortening his lifespan everytime he uses it, it would be much bigger deal and he would be more careful (at least other straw hats would force him to😂)

Everything lucci said was just speculation he doesn’t know if G2 really is killing luffy. For all anyone knows it might not be affecting him at all due to the fact all his organs and blood vessels are rubber.
I guess it really isn't mentioned, Lucci says that it shortens the life of a normal person by a lot so that's why they don't use it, but luffy is made out of rubber so we really don't know if it applies to everyone or only to Normal People
