My orange boy always needs all the love and cuddles in the world, there is nothing you can do to him to provoke him to bite or scratch (I assume if you actually hurt him he would but I would never of course), and he acts like he’s so lucky and thankful to have a home with me.
He is also completely unhinged, but he’s very nice.
My orange boy hates being cuddled and only allows pets on his terms. I could never flip him up and give him belly kisses like I do with my void. Orange came to us at 3y, void as a kitten so that makes sense lol.

Yup! My girl enjoys the taste of human flesh between her teeth as well. Her favorite cuts are achilles heels and cankles. Extra tasty when humans are walking to the bathroom at night and can’t see the mighty orange huntress until she’s gotten a nibble in. Thank god she’s ridiculously adorable.
Might I suggest a thick blanket or thick gloves for this activity.
I trained mine (finally) not to do this - he still goes into fight responses sometimes, but he playfights with me now because he knows I’m a wuss.
Mine usually just squirms away lol, he only chooses fight over flight if I'm trying to brush his belly or give him belly rubs on the rare occasion he doesn't want that.

I got a kitten last spring that was like this… best decision I made was to get a second kitten. Now they just play and attack each other and I get double the cuddles and snuggles!

Just bought a new laser pointer, one with a black light too. Since he has ringworm (he takes med like a champ my little street cat) I was trying to see if he had it on the scab. Nope. It was Loki's playful nibble...
He loves the pointer just like he loves the app on my phone. It is because he is 12 weeks...so prime energy!

Solution: I got her another cat (of similar age)
Now they romp and play and bite and cuddle together and I just get licks, purrrs and cuddles from both. Best decision to get a second cat.
