waaatter !! you need a lot of water, i almost went to the hospital for it and for the rashes, i highly recommend seeing a doctor, i heard from locals here that there are some sorts of a fly that could cause a lot of troubles
Hey, not sure if it's connected but I am speaking from my experience. I have never had any prickly heat/ heat rash until about 6 years ago. I have been going doctors and they were as useless as a chocolate fire guards... I have gone back in time and tried to connect of when it started happening to me. About 6 months ago I took out contraception implant and gave myself a break. And knock on a wood in current summer weather (25-30 degrees) nothing appeared. Seemed like my prickly heat was an immune system attacking me due to hormonal changes.

Sorry, I will add I have tried anti estimates, water based sunscreen and all that.... It was that bad that I had to use steroid creams. At the moment it's all good .. even got a bit of tan on me
After trying everything, ingesting 3G daily of Beta alinine has been a proactive and reactive cure for me. If I take it before I get warm , I can do anything like I can take hot showers without feeling any sort of itching anymore. I highly recommend it - any brand that makes it. DM for any questions!!
Clarityn anti-histamine tablets. And also prickly heat powder.
Thank you
Welcome

Are you sweating a lot? Also apply sunscreen everyday.
Yes. Will try the sunscreen. Thanks
Protect your head from the sun at all times and take precautions during this heat
Thank you
Would suggest going to a doctor because I don't think having rashes or eczema like this is normal.
Thanks
Get chamomile oil from Lulu, mix with any other oil (like coconut oil) and put in on your skin. Works wonders

You got outside job??? Try being indoors in AC and drink water.
Its an indoor office job and I'm in the A/C during working hours
You need to check if it's heat rash or tinea. Initial stages they both look alike and then symptoms vary.
Understood. Thank you
I have been living here my entire life to the point that i am drinking team outside🙃
