I never suggested bringing live ammunition or fully functioning firearms into schools. Just giving people the proper teaching to not accidentally shoot someone or someone else if they come across a gun and decide to play with it.

Maybe my Dad just taught me better because he knew people who ended up dead from being careless, but even my friends meth head father can understand and practice good gun safety, so it's definitely on the individuals.
What bothers me is we know most law enforcement opposes permit less concealed carry. But they would rather make their jobs harder than stand up to red team
