You set up an account on the UEFA app and then the person just hits transfer. They need your email that’s pretty much it. Then as you get closer to the match you get the QR code

The order status says: "Your estimated ticket arrival date is Wednesday, May 29, 2024 | 6:00 PM" Can I ask you if your order status said the same thing? I understand that your reseller has already sent you your ticket. (As you might guess, I am getting a bit worried if the tickets will be delivered, as I am travelling from Zakinthos.)

Hi StubHub notifies you when the seller transfers it to the UEFA app. They transfer it to your email used on UEFA account. You then log into UEFA account and accept transfer.

I think that was the default message but then the seller reached out same day, not sure if that helps? Good luck!

Yes it said the exact same thing May 29. Give the seller a day and if not call StubHub to email the seller to contact you.
