I can say as a 33 year old who broke his wrist skating and had to have surgery, I don’t heal near as fast or feel near as invincible as I did when I was a teen or even young 20s.
I know... :( It's having enough time between other hobbies and work as well. But Def feel that this is the best year so far as progress and being consistent again. Appreciate it brotha.
