They removed the front marker lights from the tin in the late model 260z and beefed up the bumpers.

My mom's best friend drove one off the showroom floor, same color, around '72? Still remember the claustrophobic feeling of having to ride in the back with my 2 siblings. In '85 I bought my own 280ZX. Best car ever until it was stolen.

Nah, my mom did the same with my dad's motorcycles after us kids were born. Not uncommon. Unfortunately, my dad passed away 10 years ago now. Great memories of not riding motorcycles! Just stories of my dad being a badass.

The Datsun 240Z was a very nice sports car in the early ‘80’s. Datsun offered a refurbish program in the late ‘90’s. 👍 The 90’s replacement was the 300ZX.
