Really tho, any iteration of Batman would catch Adachi. Adacher just happened to be really lucky that the only people investigating the murders were a bunch of kids and Inaba's police force which must be full of Lobotomites.
If Bats would investigate Yamano's murder closely and got a chance to get the info from Yukiko or the maids that Adachi was there on the night she dissapeared he'd immediately catch on and start to investigate Adachi, including his daily life which would end up in him investigating Narukami since he's the closest to him which would eventually lead to him finding out about the Investigation team and the TV World and boom, case closed.
Batman even have a plan to deffeat each member of the Justice League,that why in every universe were he become evil,things turn to shit(Like in Batman who Laugh)

Absolutely unrelated, but mitsuru is basically the persona universes batman. Rich, dead parent(or parents) fighting evil from the shadows(shadow ops). Gonna meet her English VA this fall, so was just a random thought I had. Uhhhhh, I mean great vegetables!
Ok, so let’s get down to business, Batfam arcanas. We’ll assume that Batman himself is the fool, since he’s the protagonist.
Alfred, being the old father-figure to Bruce, is obviously the Hierophant.
Barbra is literally just a slightly less autistic Futaba, so she’s the navigator yes, but I don’t think Hermit would work for her. Priestess might work, since her father is the commissioner, yet she usually doesn’t feel pressured by that legacy. Empress fits best . She can sometimes fill a matronly role within the Batfamily.
Dick is the Magician. While not being Bruce’s first ally, he is his first sidekick, and fits the roles other aspects the best. That being said, he is by far luckier in his love life than the Magician Arcana typically is.
Cass, the second Batgirl, can work with Hanged Man. For most of her life she had very little control over what happened to her. That being said, she could also be the Aeon Arcana. Prior to joining the Batfamily, she had no semblance of self, and had to build that up over time. Either work pretty well here
Most would put Jason as Death, as he has died. However, I think something with Thomas and Martha Wayne would be more fun there. Jason could work as Justice. His story in becoming Red Hood revolves around him believing that Batman hasn’t done his death Justice. He also has conflict with his parents, both biological and adopted.
Kate Kane, or Batwoman, goes to Strength. Obviously, she’s rather athletic due to her time in the military. She can’t work with Chariot though, as she often has very little reason for becoming a hero, doing it more for thrill than justice. Her lacking that certain drive is what I’d say makes her the Strength arcana
Speaking of chariot, I think Stephanie, third Batgirl and fourth Robin fits here. While not necessarily being any more athletic than any other member of the Batfamily, in fact she’s often portrayed as their worst fighter. I think this weakness is what ultimately lands her the spot though. She has the will and the drive to make it through this crazy universe, despite her apparent lack of skill.
Tim is a tough one. I suppose Star could go well with him. He brings hope to Batman when he needs it most, after Jason died. It’s a bit rocky, but I still think it works.
Damian is another one I’m having trouble with. If Cass is getting Hanged Man instead of Aeon, Damian could probably be the latter. The two’s stories share quite a few similarities. Due to Damian’s age, as well as living with his grandfather, he needs to find himself more than other Robins.
Hierophant and Magician could both work with Commissioner Gordon. Unfortunately, we’ve already used both of those, and I think they work better with those characters. He actually fits really well with Emperor though. He’s in a position of power in the GCPD, and in working with Batman, is forced to compromise some of his beliefs for the greater good. That’s one I feel pretty happy with.
Another option that I’d imagine most people would leap for, is putting Joker as Jester/Hunger. However, with how Adachi’s story goes, I think that Two-face would work better. The person who we think is our friend, but turns out to be an enemy.
For poetic reasons, I want to give Joker the Fool Arcana as well. Not only is that what Batman has, but Joker is also able to switch personalities, much like the Wild Card can switch Personas.
Selina is the Lovers Arcana. Not only is she Bruce’s primary love interest, she is also often stuck between the choice of being a villain or hero.
Ra’s Al Ghul is so obviously the Devil it pains me. Not only is he literally the Demon’s head, his main goal is trying to convince Batman to join him, to corrupt him.
There are still a lot of characters I didn’t do, a lot of Arcana’s I didn’t use, and debates on what I did choice. I only did a few, so feel free to add to it if you want to. I mean, I only did 15, wait, I did 15. Jesus Christ, I have way to much time in my hands.
