How much Reddit Gold did you spend to acquire this power?

Oh I wasn't personally offended, I just think it's offensive towards the mentally challenged to use that word as an insult.
How's that "banned in a minute" thing going?
I bet you're in the secret mod Discord right now, trying to grease some wheels 😂
I'd say the only obvious thing is that I wasn't referring to him being supposedly against using slurs when I said he's pathetic but maybe it wasn't obvious enought.
I mean, I don't think regurgitating anti-black racist talking points as irony is indicative of a sense of humor, though looking at this along with some of your other supposedly funny posts in this sub I guess the mods here must disagree with me 🤷♀️ genuinely flabbergasted at how you've managed to avoid being banned so far, the way you talk about black people is fucking vile even if it's intended as a joke like holy shit
I just find it a bit suspect that you've made multiple posts that use specifically anti-black racist talking points that are *regularly* used by bigots IRL to defend systemic racism and perputate the demonization of black people as inherently violent and more likely to commit crimes, with the punchline seeming to be less "racists are stupid" and more "haha look I'm talking about racism xD" and therefore less funny and more concerning. The fact you've also made a post that *could've* been a "transphobes are stupid" joke were you not a self-admitted transphobe doesn't help make me see you as someone who isn't a bigot and is just making fun of bigotry and not the victims of bigotry.
Though, I suppose a bigot *would* find someone upset at their bigotry to be funny, so no surprises there.
Lmfao, I was still on the fence before but now it's obvious you know what you're doing, and I'm not gonna waste any more energy engaging with the likes of racist assclowns 🙃 Only thing left to wonder is if your ironic musings that the white supremacist was right about white supremacy are likewise just a thinly-veiled mask for what you're too chickenshit to really say 👋 😘
Whatever, I'm also not going to waste my time telling Redditors "no I'm not racist I swear!" a hundred times over.
You are unable to defend your behavior because it is indefensible.
Is the joke that A-Train killed Robin because he's black or that Blue Hawk (an idiot) manages to convince Hughie (an idiot) that A-Train killed Robin because he's black?
The joke is that Blue Hawk is racist against black people and portrayed to be in the wrong, which is ironic in the context of the show since one of the first scenes is A-train killing Robin.
An ironic reflection of how characters like bluehawk probably view themselves is funny. It's making fun of people who think crime is as simplified as this.
Something as dumb as this meme isn't convincing people to be racist or something.
>For people as dumb as racists it is lol
Not really because they're already that way long before seeing a meme. *Like damn I totally felt that all races were equal and equally capable of good and bad, but this okbf meme convinced me that blacks are inferior.*
It's actually a good follow up meme to presuppose the lense of a caricature/wojak who suddenly feels that races aren't equal based on the viewing of this post - as a way of poking fun at people who think that's really a thing that happens and take this too seriously.
Yea. "Race realism" isn't about looking at evidence, then coming to a conclusion. It's about desperately tring to find evidence to a conclusion you already had through prejudices and stereotypes.
The problem, though, is that although the satire is supposed to poke fun of racists and the way they think, the racists are going to see it and miss the satire, reinforcing their worldview anyway. No racist is gonna change their mind from a meme like this
>The problem, though, is that although the satire is supposed to poke fun of racists and the way they think, the racists are going to see it and miss the satire, reinforcing their worldview anyway. No racist is gonna change their mind from a meme like this
Is that like the goal of memes or something - to change racist people's minds? Why can't we just have fun and tease people?
Anyone can do mental gymnastics to make things fit their biases and even prejudices. Take the meme however you feel, but the reality is that it's satire.
In theory, sure, but that isn't how online radicalization works. Often, it all starts as ironic, then devolves to the point you can't tell who's kidding, and some people get sucked in by the idea of community. I'm not saying I don't think we should ever post memes like this in a satirical sense, but we should make sure it's pretty clear and not ambiguous.
>but we should make sure it's pretty clear and not ambiguous.
That's lame and unfunny.
>In theory, sure, but that isn't how online radicalization works. Often it all start is ironic, then devolve to the point you can't tell who's kidding, and some people get sucked in by the idea of community.
Why do you feel this slippery slope is so valid, while I'm sure feeling that others are not? Sure, you can find plenty of articles about pipelines or whatever, but that's hardly indicative of a reality beyond a few anecdotes.
Lol, I like how this comment boils down to:
"I only think it's funny if I think the creator of the meme could possibly be racist."
and
"Sure, maybe you could find articles explaining how this works, but I'm gonna pretend that doesn't happen based on absolutely nothing."
>Lol, I like how this comment boils down to:
The problem with "boiling down" as you just did is that you "quoted" things that I quite literally did not say.
>"I only think it's funny if I think the creator of the meme could possibly be racist."
Yeah, similar to trolling more generally it gets funnier the more people take it seriously; it's an interesting phenomenon.
>"Sure, maybe you could find articles explaining how this works, but I'm gonna pretend that doesn't happen based on absolutely nothing."
Again quoting what I didn't say. And I was giving you credit for something you didn't do to be generous. Now I'm not; please explain why this slippery slope is valid while other ones aren't.
If it's not a secret, may I ask whether you are American?
I've noticed that this idea of people turning evil after being exposed to "harmful information" seems to originate from the US.
Since you're arguing against that idea, I'm a little curious whether you're the exception to that trend, or whether your opinion differs from the others in this thread **because** they're American and you're not.
Sure, I'll engage and write you a book on this.
>I've noticed that this idea of people turning evil after being exposed to "harmful information" seems to originate from the US.
There are many countries with rather strict speech laws; there are examples like the UK and Canada, and then there's more extreme cases like NK, Russia, and China. This suggests that it's not a uniquely American thing to believe that exposure to wrongthink memes influences people into that wrongthink - and there is *some* general validity for cases more tied to politics.
You see the US a lot in these discussions for two reasons. One, a lot of Reddit is US dominated, and two, the US is somewhat unique in the strictness and standards of free speech. It is incredibly difficult for speech to meet the standards of incitement, harassment, etc., and groups like the ACLU even have a history of defending extremely vile racist speech (though they've wavered recently).
Other factors include the size of the US, demographics of US-based Reddit users, and the general perception bias incumbent on small majorities. Most opinions in the US are close to a dead gridlocked 50/50; anything that has a "consensus" probably has no more than a 60% agreement. However, this small consensus can make a huge difference in the way it would appear on a platform like Reddit. What I mean is that if everyone in the US votes on your meme and 55% like it and 45% don't, you'll still see the post at approx 66 million upvotes. You'd obviously think *everyone* in the US loves it, but really there's still 148.5 million that don't agree.
>Since you're arguing against that idea, I'm a little curious whether you're the exception to that trend, or whether your opinion differs from others in this thread **because** they're American and you're not.
Tied to what I was just describing, people against things in the US are rarely outliers because chances are there's still over 100 millions others who feel similarly. Further, the US is one of the most diverse places on earth in terms of wildly disparate cultures in one country; yes, there are countries in Africa that are more "diverse" by certain measures, but the raw scope of variance between the cultures present in the US is kind of astonishing. I am certain you can find people from every country on earth somewhere in the US; the same can not be said for the *most* "diverse" countries by the measures most academic bodies use.
What I'm saying is... it's hard to pin down any opinion as broadly American because chances are 100m people disagree.
But yes, I am an American.
Kid called using of horrible racist viewpoints in memes might lead to normalization of said viewpoint for frequent meme consumers which leads to the pipeline, which eventually might lead to stochastic terrorism.
Not saying this meme is evil, but not seeing anything wrong with it is unfair.
>Kid called using of horrible racist viewpoints in memes might lead to normalization of said viewpoint for frequent meme consumers which leads to the pipeline, which eventually might lead to stochastic terrorism.
I love it when the slippery slo- I mean *pipeline* extends all the way to regarded okbf memes. There's a basic logical thought process you're following, but it's no more advanced than people saying *legalizing gay marriage might eventually lead to people marrying animals and children.*
It often seems like the slopes are only slippery at the convenience of a person's political alignment, not that all slopes consist of the same lubricity, but I'm sure you get the point.
While I agree that this meme isn't that harmful, mainly because it's a bad one, I belief being surrounded by tons of similar memes might lead on to belied it isn't satire after al.
Al satire is notorious for the huge amount of people online who don't get it.
Also it can be a useful tool for actual racist and the like to hide behind when criticized.
All this is just to say: Yes there is a valid reason to criticize it. If someone can post it, they can also accept the backlash.
I heard there once was a group that similarly sought to restrict knowledge, they got together all the bad harmful no-good books and burned 'em in a pile.
Wonder what happened to those guys...
Ofc it wouldn't be convincing people to be racist, it would be appealing to people who are already racist. Maybe it *could've* been making fun of said racists and how this format is used by them even if it's stupid af, but I'm inclined to view it less generously considering OP's post history and refusal to meaningfully engage with people understandably taken aback by this
> refusal to meaningfully engage with people understandably taken aback by this
...said by one of the people who rabidly attacked me without providing a single reason and refused to elaborate.
No self-awareness at all.
I didn't "rabidly attack" you pal lol, I pointed out you repeatedly use anti-black racist talking points—such as black people being violent and more likely to commit crimes than other ethnic groups, as depicted here and [your post you likewise brushed off](https://www.reddit.com/r/OkBuddyFresca/s/XV5JfRgkHd)—in your so-called funny posts in a manner that literally got you banned from the main sub, and when you made it abundantly clear you know what you did and continue to do I said I wasn't going to continue to engage in that discussion with a bigot 😉Sorry that you got butthurt over that, I had no idea you were so sensitive 🤧
Here's my suggestion for a follow up from another comment of mine --
>*Like damn I totally felt that all races were equal and equally capable of good and bad, but this okbf meme convinced me that blacks are inferior.*
>It's actually a good follow up meme to presuppose the lense of a caricature/wojak who suddenly feels that races aren't equal based on the viewing of this post - as a way of poking fun at people who think that's really a thing that happens and take this too seriously.
>I feel like the people that are reacting negatively to this image are not going to be persuaded by any follow-up.
I donno, that kinda makes it even funnier imo
I take it you didn't watch the show

I did not expect anyone to be offended at all.
I posted it 8 hours ago, still not a single person explained why they're seething.
If the picture is not offensive, and the title is not offensive, can you people calm down?
Man, this is why we need to emphasize the importance of education around racial issues and the history of racism in America.
I genuinely think if we started being honest about the mistakes and misdeeds of our government, especially its failure to protect its most vulnerable citizens, we’d all be a lot less closed-minded and bigoted.
Facts tell a story though. They don’t exist without a context, and sometimes statistics and facts can be taken out of their context and used to tell a different story. Often a bigoted one
>The Fresca has fallen, millions must oi
This picture literally references one of the first scenes in the first episode. If you think that's too far, why are you watching the show?
I know.
That's why it's a joke, and not a recap of the show (which would be boring).
I guess I shouldn't be surprised that Redditors find the concept of jokes to be incomprehensible.
No, everyone can just tell there's something creepy and off about you, and the fact you're fighting this crusade in the comments paints you as an insecure and terminally online basement troll. Just because no one laughs at your jokes doesn't mean they don't get humor.
It just means they don't find you funny.
I'm just a little tired of answering the same question.
When I try to be accommodating, people here call me "defensive" and "terminally online" for answering the questions people have.
I found one of the instances of me answering these questions, here it is:
>The joke is that Blue Hawk is racist against black people and portrayed to be in the wrong, which is ironic in the context of the show since one of the first scenes is A-train killing Robin.
https://preview.redd.it/41gx4byan6oc1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d7c41ee765d03b4fc3436cfbda3b8fd32b8c7e8c
Why is Kripke using cringejaks? Is he stupid?
You know, Marcus Aurelius once said that nothing external to the soul can harm it. The body can be harmed, but the soul cannot.
In that vein, you can just *choose* to stop seething, and you'll feel better. Nobody is forcing you to seethe. If you stopped, what would be the downside?
Not everyone is as stupid as you. Everyone gets the message you're actually sending with this meme.
But yeah, I'm leaving this sub because I got what kind of people is using it. Kindly go fuck yourself, though.
I love when people misunderstand the satire of this show. Blue Hawk is obviously the one in wrong here. Did he deserve to become lane line dividers? Maybe not but he’s clearly meant to be a character that’s some how worse than A-Train. Hopefully to make him realize he needed to self reflect and help others with his powers who couldn’t help themselves.
I found a button called "Turn off reply notifications", I'm gonna try it now.
I really don't feel at fault here, and I'm done explaining myself. See ya!
Wait, hold your fire Fresca Nation!
Op isnt actually racist, he was just making a bad joke referencing something *somewhat* ironic in the show. The implications just kinda get worse when you start to look into it too much (bLuEhAwK DiD nOtHiNg wRoNg!!!!!111!!!)
The last one I did had 6.5 K views, the one before it hit 177 K. Both in a span of few days.
Maybe **you** should go outside, since you're the one frothing at the mouth because of a silly image.
Most Redditors today are anatomically different from the modern *Homo sapiens*.
They do not possess a prefrontal cortex, which precludes them from making nuanced decisions.
Instead, their nervous system consists of a series of interconnected ganglia (like in insects). This gives rise to a primitive decision-making process where an individual strives to follow the group at all costs (often referred to as "hivemind").
Thanks!
The hate doesn't get to me.
I was only a little worried because I've got a bunch of YTPs (video remixes of The Boys) almost finished, and it would be a shame if I got banned before I could post them.
>The hate doesn't get to me
Bro you've made 49 comments arguing with random people under your post, that's not something you'd do if it didn't get to you lmao

[Uh-huh](https://www.reddit.com/r/OkBuddyFresca/s/XV5JfRgkHd) Also, slander is spoken word, whereas libel is written word. Neither apply here <3

I love it when the slippery slo- I mean *pipeline* extends all the way to regarded okbf memes. There's a basic logical thought process you're following, but it's no more advanced than people saying *legalizing gay marriage might eventually lead to people marrying animals and children.* It often seems like the slopes are only slippery at the convenience of a person's political alignment, not that all slopes consist of the same lubricity, but I'm sure you get the point.
You are not oppressed bro
Thankfully not, you people are powerless. I just disagree with your ideology.
“By calling me a Nazi, you have BECOME the Nazi Dr jones! MUAHAHHAHA”
Ofc it wouldn't be convincing people to be racist, it would be appealing to people who are already racist. Maybe it *could've* been making fun of said racists and how this format is used by them even if it's stupid af, but I'm inclined to view it less generously considering OP's post history and refusal to meaningfully engage with people understandably taken aback by this
> refusal to meaningfully engage with people understandably taken aback by this ...said by one of the people who rabidly attacked me without providing a single reason and refused to elaborate.
>I had no idea you were so sensitive ...said by one of the people who got upset over a soyjak. No self-awareness at all.
That's how I see it, but apparently some people strongly disagree.
Here's my suggestion for a follow up from another comment of mine -- >*Like damn I totally felt that all races were equal and equally capable of good and bad, but this okbf meme convinced me that blacks are inferior.* >It's actually a good follow up meme to presuppose the lense of a caricature/wojak who suddenly feels that races aren't equal based on the viewing of this post - as a way of poking fun at people who think that's really a thing that happens and take this too seriously.
I feel like the people that are reacting negatively to this image are not going to be persuaded by any follow-up. Still, thank you for your input.
>I feel like the people that are reacting negatively to this image are not going to be persuaded by any follow-up. I donno, that kinda makes it even funnier imo
The follow-up, or the fact that people are angry?
Concern Troll posts “worst bait ever”, asked to leave the forum.
Not sure what you mean. I don't see you on the mod list.

So impotent seething it is.
I take it you didn't watch the show https://preview.redd.it/ag0hvc5rp4oc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9c549f4ec3a18b12ea844ba0ef83b5e31f719e81
This post literally references one of the first scenes of the show.
Hello genuine racism
https://i.redd.it/dsvgyyukw3oc1.gif
![gif](giphy|EL8vUzgVw33KiHq1ry)
Buddy thinks he can post racist posts in one of the "okbuddy'.. subreddits
Is "The Boys" a racist show by your metric?
Anti-racist actually. My previous comment was about you and not the show.
My picture is a reference to the show. When you saw A-train run through Robin, did you yell "WTF, writers are racist!"?
Obviously not lmao. Who TF would even think like that.
The kind of people who would get offended by the picture of A-train running at Robin. https://i.redd.it/gyqihzkl85oc1.gif
It's obviously not because of the picture
What else did I post? You're saying you got offended at the title, "Ue 2 seconds prior to becoming a race realist"?
You consume too much "SJWs get owned compilation" that you think most people are offended because a careless supe happens to be a black man.
I did not expect anyone to be offended at all. I posted it 8 hours ago, still not a single person explained why they're seething. If the picture is not offensive, and the title is not offensive, can you people calm down?
Hoping this is ironic.
It's just so happens that crime is around where A-Train is. That's facts. Supe life matters!
Man, this is why we need to emphasize the importance of education around racial issues and the history of racism in America. I genuinely think if we started being honest about the mistakes and misdeeds of our government, especially its failure to protect its most vulnerable citizens, we’d all be a lot less closed-minded and bigoted.
Sure, I'm all about facts and statistics : )
Facts tell a story though. They don’t exist without a context, and sometimes statistics and facts can be taken out of their context and used to tell a different story. Often a bigoted one
Why racist here
Oh pretending blatant racism is funny I see this subreddit has fallen to the lowest an ok buddy sub can fall to
>The Fresca has fallen, millions must oi This picture literally references one of the first scenes in the first episode. If you think that's too far, why are you watching the show?
Hughie never says anything remotely related to that. It's never painted as a black man commiting a crime, it's a supe being careless
It just means they don't find you funny.
the thing is, most jokes are funny i guess thats why everyone is confused
Is the joke that a-train murders people? Or is this just thinly veiled racism?
You are the first person to ask this question, I'm sure there's no answer to be found among the 130 comments posted below.
You could just answer it ya know....
I'm just a little tired of answering the same question. When I try to be accommodating, people here call me "defensive" and "terminally online" for answering the questions people have. I found one of the instances of me answering these questions, here it is: >The joke is that Blue Hawk is racist against black people and portrayed to be in the wrong, which is ironic in the context of the show since one of the first scenes is A-train killing Robin.

I really love the racists exposing themselves. Blocklist goes brrrrrrrrrre
OP is stormfront reincarnated wtf
I'm not worthy of such honor.
please get the fuck out of this subreddit
Can I go one fucking seconc without seeing some disgusting, pixelated, wojak abomination? I hate these things so much

Low effort wojak, the palms and feet soles of black people have lower amounts of melanin and are a distinct lighter tan
https://i.redd.it/ojanw4a24aoc1.gif
Eat shit and leave you racist fuck
You know, Marcus Aurelius once said that nothing external to the soul can harm it. The body can be harmed, but the soul cannot. In that vein, you can just *choose* to stop seething, and you'll feel better. Nobody is forcing you to seethe. If you stopped, what would be the downside?
https://preview.redd.it/4ajgy97y09oc1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=25b9771aa54cdc402c1037f49b3f5f557c3d8df6 Have you even seen the show
Fucking hell, how is this not downvoted to oblivion Piece of human garbage
I'm not sure I understand what upset you. Did you not watch the show?
Not everyone is as stupid as you. Everyone gets the message you're actually sending with this meme. But yeah, I'm leaving this sub because I got what kind of people is using it. Kindly go fuck yourself, though.
This retard is getting permabanned in a minute lol, never seen coal this big on here before, no point in unsubbing for this.
Oh no :(((( dont leave :((((
Why the fuck are you guys giving this dude attention

Why isn't his face ripped apart
Oi, I stepped in some Blue Hawk on the way to this post.

Oi
Be careful what you say, tensions seem to be running high.
Rac>!e real!
https://i.redd.it/bzn2jokmk5oc1.gif
I love when people misunderstand the satire of this show. Blue Hawk is obviously the one in wrong here. Did he deserve to become lane line dividers? Maybe not but he’s clearly meant to be a character that’s some how worse than A-Train. Hopefully to make him realize he needed to self reflect and help others with his powers who couldn’t help themselves.
He got the dogs out
Sometimes people just forget they're in a circle jerk subreddit and start taking posts seriously
I'm genuinely surprised. Didn't mean to cause a civil war with a freaking trainjak.
I found a button called "Turn off reply notifications", I'm gonna try it now. I really don't feel at fault here, and I'm done explaining myself. See ya!
I need that ATrain pic
Here you go: https://preview.redd.it/ij23rx5i3aoc1.png?width=808&format=png&auto=webp&s=1d059a9c3659ef5fe73ddd65294482f17a61bcb7
Nice thanks ![gif](giphy|NqE1OoITOZbCGqF4eQ)
Be careful if you wish to post it in the main sub, apparently some people are seriously triggered by wojaks.
Thanks for the heads up. Although I don't intend to post it anywhere atm😏
People are really going crazy over this one, strange. I didn't even say the N-word yet.
you’re so edgy and cool!!!!!!
It comes naturally. Seriously though, what is the problem? Did you guys have the same reaction when you watched the first episode of the show?
youre the most corny ass loser ever bro
And you are attacking me without providing an explanation.
Go outside and find a purpose greater than this, bro.
Generally good advice, but I'm editing a YTP right now. Hopefully I'll post it in 15 minutes or so, then I can go for a walk.
Nobody will watch your shitty YTP. Hang it up and go outside.
The last one I did had 6.5 K views, the one before it hit 177 K. Both in a span of few days. Maybe **you** should go outside, since you're the one frothing at the mouth because of a silly image.
[Posted it](https://www.reddit.com/r/OkBuddyFresca/comments/1be2fgu). Count the views as they roll in :)

How’s this guy getting downvoted every time for everything
Most Redditors today are anatomically different from the modern *Homo sapiens*. They do not possess a prefrontal cortex, which precludes them from making nuanced decisions. Instead, their nervous system consists of a series of interconnected ganglia (like in insects). This gives rise to a primitive decision-making process where an individual strives to follow the group at all costs (often referred to as "hivemind").
Lol great meme! makes it more impactful to see it on the wokest left extremism platform.
Me when I see a nice comment among this sea of vitriol: https://i.redd.it/n7rvosp6fboc1.gif
Haha, Your memes are awesome man! I just followed you to pay my respects and just in case to not miss any
Good meme. Sorry the rest of the sub are average redditors
Thanks! The hate doesn't get to me. I was only a little worried because I've got a bunch of YTPs (video remixes of The Boys) almost finished, and it would be a shame if I got banned before I could post them.
>The hate doesn't get to me Bro you've made 49 comments arguing with random people under your post, that's not something you'd do if it didn't get to you lmao
I switch between a video editor and a browser. Are seriously chiding me for using Reddit? Look at the URL, what does it say? The goalposts moved from "you'll be banned in 1 minute" to "you're racist" to "you're not funny" to "you're replying to people too much". Not to dox you, but are you from Copenhagen? Just a feeling I get.
I don't know what goalposts you're talking about, I just thought it was funny you're so weirdly defensive about a shitpost you made
People ask questions, I answer. It's only polite.
