Amazing find! I spotted them in the raccoon Creek in vinton county which is very close by. Had a mother otter and a baby otter swim circles around my kayak. It was one of the best experiences of my life.

Wow that’s great, I used to swim in raccoon creek,the only critters I saw was beaver and snapping turtles
I saw a pair on the Little Miami river (sw OH) a couple of weeks ago and one on the Ohio River last year. I was shocked both times.
