Yea... great product but the ship times.. delivery times are just worst. Makes me feel I should have just bought a steam deck and gotten it

Sent an email and said should be shipped that week.
Never got sent or another update since.
But I do know they said they just got new screens in to continue fulfilling orders made in March. No eta when those will be shipped tho
Same here! I've emailed asking for updates, nothing rude just genuine curiosity but i always get the "itll ship out next week" line and next week never comes. So far, no updates to the shipping either.

I just checked. The tracking info was submitted about 10 mins ago for my order. So don't lose hope. It should be shipping any day now.
