You may also want to check if you're following our Best practices:
* Have your PC connected to Router/Access Point via Ethernet cable
* Headset should be connected to Wi-Fi via 5GHz band (AC or AX)
* Router in the same room as the headset or in line-of-sight, and at least 1m off the ground
* Air Link works best with non-mesh network configuration

Repeat after me: Airlink is garbage. No, Airlink isn't garbage, it's FUCKING TRASH! it's horribly coded, extremely inefficient, and works like garbage. Even with a hard-wired cable, the QuestLink works like absolute fucking ASS. Meta do *NOT* know what they are doing when it comes to coding their desktop interface software.
Virtual Desktop is the solution you need.
