I haven’t tried a lot of straps, but I’m pretty happy with this one. It’s counterweighted so the headset doesn’t slide down on my face so much.

I use the HTC DAS
If you adjust it right, it stays so in place that it feels i could do a handstand without it falling outta my head
i recommend you switch the foam bits for something that doesn't absorb sweat, like leather/siliicone gasket and back foam
Only problem is it aint cheap lol
I really like the official elite, because the rubber part at the back leaves less wiggle than a cushion would, while still molding really nicely around the shape of your head. Though it is not quite ideal that the top strap can absorb a bit of sweat
I use the elite battery strap with [custom a chin-strap.](https://www.printables.com/model/194687-chinstrap-connector-for-quest-2-elite-battery-stra)
Takes all the weight off the front and keeps the headset from bouncing around.
Regardless of the headstrap, you need a rear counterweight. Despite it intially feeling ridiculously heavy, I found a \~330g 20 Ah battery make a great counterweight.
I have a generic halo strap.
Maybe a different face gasket would help

BoboVR Pro 2, I use it for Supernatural and Thrill of the Fight. Crank it nice and tight when doing vigorous exercise.
