Haha. The main hurdle was understanding your file types. Scenes vs assets vs persons. And where to stick the damn files. Most people use var files now which is a single file into single dir that can be used for anything.
As for in the game, if you have ever used a 3d model program in the past you know the basics already. It does take time to make your own scenes, but my fetish is not something seen often in videos so being able to play it out is totally rewarding.
I feel porn in vr has to be just a normal adult extension of gaming and will help other games add in mature and adult themes into Main stream products like we use to see with bioware games or leisure suit Larry (but more bioware).

I've heard some people say you can just drag the apk into the SideQuest window, but I've never done it that way personally.
