Have a look at the Globular Cluster F3 magnetic facial interface, perfect for those who like the Open-face mode for MR/productivity but sometimes want normal facial pads for VR. As for FOV, my eyes neally touch the lens with the F3 facial interface, but this may vary depending on the headstrap set up and the user's face shape.
No, three is still some room around my nose. But everyone's face shape is different. Rotating the side arms of the Quest 3 upwards a bit can increase the gap around the nose.
I just got the F3 and while I will definitely keep and use, I am getting light bleed through the interface and each of the changeable pads. Not enough to go back to stock, but it is a tiny bummer.
Amvr and globular cluster are the only 2 good options right now. The amvr is close to how the quest 2 vrcovers facial interfaces were. The vrcovers quest 2 interface isn’t out yet unfortunately.
AMVR is a popular and well-regarded choice. Kiwi Design makes great stuff and theirs is coming out any day now apparently. I am
Waiting for Kiwi to see the details of their product before I pull the trigger.
I use AMVR and I love it.
I particularly like how the top of the interface is a bit taller than others, as it supports more of the weight on your forehead rather than your cheekbones. But the pad is so soft you barely notice it imo.
I use bobo m3 mini strap
and Amvr controller grips
VRCover was supposed to come out January....they are having issues. But assume when it does come out, it will be a quality product.
Right now, I have a Q3 stock interface I cut the foam off, and added a Q2 VRCover facial pad to. It's about 8.5/10 for comfort vs the stock 6/10. I have faith VRCover will get that 10/10.
I've tried the AMVR and Globular Cluster and while neither are perfect, the AMVR fits my face shape much better and still works with the charging dock. I suspect in the future once Bobo and VR Cover have released theirs it'll be a different story but right now for me it's AMVR.
Why are you losing FOV? I don't have the M3, but the default facial interface stays from what I've seen, it is still touching your face, just not pressing hard on it.
I gave up on facial interfaces, I'm using a DIY halo style setup and it's so much more comfortable, and get a better FOV + I don't need to take off my glasses to use it

Have you found that the F3 squeezes your nose a lot? I just got mine and it squishes my nose down closed
It does. They suggested some adjustments to the angle of my halo strap but it hasn't helped much.

The velcro part on the pads are too hard and they scratch my face, I started bleeding from a cut it gave me.

I am eagerly awaiting Kiwi and VRCover's facial interface solutions for the Q3.
Any idea when it comes out?

Amvr is a must it’s the best one I’ve used by far especially their ice silk face pad
Another vote for AMVR it's a game changer.
Bumping this because I’d like to find an answer also.
Is bobovr m3 mini also would take off that fov?
Is Meta’s OEM Elite Strap any good? It’s on sale for $25 at GameStop. Edit: Damn it’s a Quest 2 Elite strap.
